Introduction:
Greetings, everyone,
I am a 2X-year old male seeking intellectual, physical and psychological betterment. In my view, PE goes hand-in-hand with such process.

Background:
Although I’ve been fond of PE since my early adolescence, I have but a few weeks of practical applicable experience under my belt—pun intended.
During the past four years, in parallel with a heightening of the libido and an increased sex-drive, I too noticed that my EQ; overall penile fullness, size and weight; semen volume and, at times, (own) orgasm intensity have suffered greatly. While this may have been caused by external factors such as stress, tiredness, lack of exercise, a nonexistent sleep schedule, an irregular diet and general depression, it most certainly does not please me.

Purpose:
With the aid of this thread, and whatever content I create within, I aim to form a habit out of PE.
In the meantime, please feel free to accompany me during this journey toward rehabilitation and beyond.

Routine:
Initially, I aim to exhaust J123’s Linear Newbie Routine, for it requires minimal involvement and knowledge, thus letting me ease in on this practice—both slowly and carefully. Once it proves ineffective, I shall look for a more suitable alternative.

Goals:
Short-term(0-6 mos): retain lost size and EQ;
Mid-term (6 mos - 1y): 8.67in * 6in (BPEL*MEG)
Long-term(1y+): ≥9in * 6.5in.

Priorities (on par with the desired gains)::
A) Must avoid injuries or undesirable penile damage;
B) Must avoid/treat penile discoloration;
C) Must avoid all unreasonable waste;
C) Must cement gains.

Next step:
Throughout the following week, I will “re-record” my starting measurements and include them in a new post and a soon-to-be forum signature.
Once that’s out of the way, I shall commence the aforementioned routine.

A log, such as you started, is a very important part of PE in my opinion. It will help keep you on track and get solid feedback.

I like your well organized log. Planning the work and working the plan, so to speak. I recommend doing a search, in this forum, for physiological indicators so you know how to adapt by listening to your Dick.

As mentioned above, what is your starting size?
It is important to have realistic goals and many milestone goals along the way. I don’t mean to discourage you, however, I think it is important to analyze the numbers a bit.

Hello, everyone.
Due to a lack of availability, I have yet to record (and post) my updated measurements. Nonetheless, and as planned, I will do so tomorrow (Wed.).

As means of comparison, I do have two sets of past measurements, one from what seemed to be my “prime”, and the other from back when I first noticed a loss of overall volume and size. Both sets were recorded with the same instruments, lying face up on a hard surface (phase 1) and assuming a normal standing position (phase 2). All procedures were carried out in accordance @memento’s The Perfect Bone Pressed Erect Length (BPEL) Measurement method.

Set #1 (Feb 17, 2014)
BPFL - N/A
FG - N/A
BPEL - 209mm / 8.2 in
MEG - 143mm / 5.6 in

Set #2 (Aug 11, 2016)
BPFL - 117 mm / 4.6 in
FG - 115 mm / 4.5 in
BPEL - 198 mm / ~7.8 in
MEG - 140 mm / 5.5 in
Set #2 - Observations:
A) Considerable stiffness, yet unable to achieve full EQ.
B) (Length) Unable to flatten upwards curve, must redo with string.
C) Lower flaccid hang.[/q]

I recall having photographic evidence of both sessions, alas, I may have either disposed of them out of frustration or due to privacy concerns.

Also, I do believe that you are right when it comes to what constitutes a long-term goal—even moreso in this community. Nevertheless, seeing that I have been finding it difficult to stick to plans that are still a bit distant in time—both due to a lack of commitment and/or motivation—I opted to skew them in favour of a.. Personal narrative (hence the brackets).

Over the years, I have conducted some relatively laborious research on this subject, so I am inclined believe that I will be mostly OK during these starting months.
With that said, I definitely subscribe to your vision and will surely pry open the forum as needed.
