One step at a time
Introduction:
Greetings, everyone,
I am a 2X-year old male seeking intellectual, physical and psychological betterment. In my view, PE goes hand-in-hand with such process.
Background:
Although I’ve been fond of PE since my early adolescence, I have but a few weeks of practical applicable experience under my belt—pun intended.
During the past four years, in parallel with a heightening of the libido and an increased sex-drive, I too noticed that my EQ; overall penile fullness, size and weight; semen volume and, at times, (own) orgasm intensity have suffered greatly. While this may have been caused by external factors such as stress, tiredness, lack of exercise, a nonexistent sleep schedule, an irregular diet and general depression, it most certainly does not please me.
Purpose:
With the aid of this thread, and whatever content I create within, I aim to form a habit out of PE.
In the meantime, please feel free to accompany me during this journey toward rehabilitation and beyond.
Routine:
Initially, I aim to exhaust J123’s Linear Newbie Routine, for it requires minimal involvement and knowledge, thus letting me ease in on this practice—both slowly and carefully. Once it proves ineffective, I shall look for a more suitable alternative.
Goals:
Short-term(0-6 mos): retain lost size and EQ;
Mid-term (6 mos - 1y): 8.67in * 6in (BPEL*MEG)
Long-term(1y+): ≥9in * 6.5in.
Priorities (on par with the desired gains)::
A) Must avoid injuries or undesirable penile damage;
B) Must avoid/treat penile discoloration;
C) Must avoid all unreasonable waste;
C) Must cement gains.
Next step:
Throughout the following week, I will “re-record” my starting measurements and include them in a new post and a soon-to-be forum signature.
Once that’s out of the way, I shall commence the aforementioned routine.
