Path To A Inch
Been browsing the forums for a little over a month now and have done the newbie routine but not consistently, for example ill do it 2 days a week etc so this is to ensure to myself I stick to a 2 on 1 off routine consistently and try to make a 1 inch gain eventually. I don’t have starting measurements at the moment due to losing my ruler but will add them in when I find it. I’m currently doing 10 minutes manual stretching in all directions and 50 jelqs, and the plan is to add 10 jelqs every session due to me not really understanding how to do jelqs properly I am hoping this is the right path to take.
