Been browsing the forums for a little over a month now and have done the newbie routine but not consistently, for example ill do it 2 days a week etc so this is to ensure to myself I stick to a 2 on 1 off routine consistently and try to make a 1 inch gain eventually. I don’t have starting measurements at the moment due to losing my ruler but will add them in when I find it. I’m currently doing 10 minutes manual stretching in all directions and 50 jelqs, and the plan is to add 10 jelqs every session due to me not really understanding how to do jelqs properly I am hoping this is the right path to take.

Today I warmed up in the shower followed by 10 minutes manual stretching, 50 jelqs and 50 kegels

Also too little won’t have much effect. IMO it’s a thin line

Warmed up in the bath, 10 mins manual stretching, did 60 wet jelqs today instead of dry jelqs, found them easier to do but couldn’t feel the blood moving the same as with dry jelqs. Is this just because of the lube or for another reason? 60 3 second kegels done, also finding the kegels quite tricky to get the hang of but due to starting new depression meds my EQ has dropped abit if anyone has any advice on how I can work on my EQ please let me know and ty for the support everyone

Could be related to erection level, different grip or stroke time. Felt anything different afterwards?

I think it was a matter of erection level

So edging supports EQ? Forgive my ignorance I thought that was simply to last longer

If you are close to cumming several times but don’t do you are likely to be more excited when it comes to sex.

It’s the same thing as not cumming in three days. Usually you have better EQ then compare to if you cum in the morning and then having sex again a couple of hours later.

No science just common sens.

Warmed up in the shower, 10 minutes manual stretching, 90 wet jelqs and 50 kegels. I definitely felt a more fuller feeling after the jelqs today, it looked visibly wider and although not an actual measurement it was about as wide as if I had 3 fingers on top in a III position.

Edged for half an hour, warmed up in the shower, 5 mins manual stretching, 90 wet jelqs, 50 kegels, measure non bone pressed length and it was 5.9 inches, took the measurement lying down, have a tailors tape on the way to measure girth soon.

Warmed up in the shower, 8 minutes manual stretching, 80 wet jelqs and 50 kegels, the session was hard to do today as I had to battle against constant erections.
