Hello everyone. I’m not new to the whole PE thing. I have tried it in the past, but did not stick to it. The last time I tried PE was about a year ago. I have also been doing foreskin restoration, but again, didn’t really stick to it.

To combat my lazy attitude, I have created this account to log my journey. I hope by creating a repetitive log this will help me to be more persistent.

Now, for the stats. I have measured areas which others would say are not necessary, but it is best to have more measurement so there is more to compare. I measured three times to make sure it reduced any possibilities of any biases. The measurements where taken mid day. Mid day would be a safe time to measure, especially for flaccid measurements as the morning you would have a more flushed appearance. My measurements are in Centimeters. As my penis has a curve upwards, which it does not bother me. A slight benefit during sex :) I have taken two forms of measurements for erect.

If you are confused of what FTG etc is. This is what they mean.
FTG or ETG is the girth measurement of the top of the penile shaft before it joins to the corona.
FCW or ECW is the width measurements of the corona. The widest part of the penis tip basically.
(C) means curve
(S) means straight

My routine for PE. These will be done on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The rest of the days will be rest periods. I want to take it slow and build it up without any set backs. Might as well do it properly.

Weeks
0-3: 10 second stretch, left, right, down, up, out (center). Each week add an additional 10seconds
3-4: Add another set of stretches per week
4-5: Add stretches left cheek and right cheek
5-15: Add 10 Jelq each additional week

Routine for Pelvic muscles
Weeks
0-2: 10 kegels and 10 reverse kegels. Add an additional 10kegels and 10 reverse kegels per week
2-4: Add an additional set of kegels
4-7: Add an additional 10 reps each week for kegel and reverse kegel
7-10: Continue 3x 50 kegel and 50 reverse kegel
10-15: After each set hold for kegel and reverse kegel for 10 seconds. Each week add an additional 5second hold.

As for foreskin I will be wearing the DTR as often as I can with 30min break periods between each hour of DTR

Week 1 Complete

Before all my stretches I ensured I was warmed up properly. I used a Philips infrared heat lamp. This for me is the best way to warm up properly. I used to use the rice soak trick and that was just as good. When I used to stretch I would get somewhat hard. Since using the heat lamp, I have only had this happen once. Maybe after time, my dick would get the message that it is training day, not fucking day. I have had positive PI’s, no turtling, no aches, morning wood, EQ has not dropped. I have also stopped watching porn and masturbation and today, at the start of week 1, I will be starting yoga. Porn is great, but it really does f with your EQ. Just not worth it in my eyes. More damage than good.

Week 2 Complete

As the weeks go by I am more excited and can’t wait to get on with jelqing. I have followed the routine as stated. Done my warm ups properly by using a infrared heat lamp. I still stick to what I said about it being a better method. Still have postive PI’s. I think morning wood is a tad bit harder or maybe that I am just hornier with my GF further away from me :) So far everything seems really good. No negatives or pains at all. Lets see how it goes.

Foreskin restoration and homemade manhood

If any of you are interested in how I am doing my foreskin restoration. I have been using the DTR with the 6inch push rod and one rubber band at the highest hole. I have also been using the notched conform push plate which is a bit deeper so you would need some more slack to use the conform push plate. I start off with an hour with the DTR after that hour I remove it and use method 2 manual tugging. After that has been done I would then have a 5-10minute break and repeat the process again. I have noticed by using this method with the incorporation of manual tugging that I have gained more skin far more quickly compared to using just the DTR.

I have also been using my own homemade manhood cover during sleep. The fabric that I have used is dermasilk that is meant for those who have eczema. I have used this fabric as it is not irritating at all, soft and lightweight. Can hardly feel any irritation from the fabric moving against the penis head. If you have the time to make one I would recommend you doing so especially with a material meant for those with eczema.

Week 3 Complete

One more week left and then I’m onto jelqing. From my experience so far, I could have done the whole stretching phase quicker, but would of not wanted to risk it. I have not seen any negative PI’s so this of course is a good indicator. I have made a slight modification to the foreskin restoration routine. Every three weeks I would change the rubber band as it would loose its elasticity. Once I have gone through two elastics, I would then put a longer rod and use the two rubber bands that I changed every three weeks. I may change this depending on how it goes. Will keep this thread updated.

I also also decided to use the sizegentics with the DTR to lengthen the outer shaft skin as the DTR at the moment will only concentrate on the inner foreskin and not the outer. I decided to use the sizegentics as this will lengthen primarily the outer shaft skin as the base of the sizegenetics will stop skin from the balls or else where apart from the shaft to be stretched. A bit like doing a method two stretch, with the help of sizegentics.

Week 4 complete and improvement

Forgot to update the logs. Finished week 4 and now I am onto jelqing. I took a measurement today and found out that my BPEL (C) was 17.5cm. A 0.5cm increase in length. I did not measure the rest as today I just wanted to check if I had any improvements so far. Looks promising so far. Got to keep the good work up
