Day 10 turned into 3 hours instead of 2 mainly because I fell asleep with the vac hanger attached. I know I shouldn’t, but it happened. So my overall time is 20 hours at day 10.

So as of right now I am only getting 2 hours a day average, but that total is increasing.

Wife just told me she wishes I wouldn’t hang because I already feel bigger and its uncomfortable for her. I’m gonna keep hanging though. We will see what happens.

ADS weights

I have been wearing 7 golf weights for a few hours most days. (3 to 5 hours)

And, jelqing, plus, weight hanging up to 10 lbs for 2 hours; taking rest periods every 20 minutes. My results have been gradual: BPL 3/4” and 1/2 girth. I admit that I should be heating my unit, first. Big mistake.

I feel the combined weight of the golf weights is not doing the intended job, so, I ordered 3 baseball bat weights: 2 16 ounce and one 20 ounce. I slide the 3 on and hold them in place with a golf weight. They are secured with a Velcro strip. This I started today and will report on any progress in 30, or so, days.

I ordered the weights from the internet.

Day 15 hanging. I am not sure if to log the days I miss due to life or not.

I will start heating before hanging. Also my ADS is not necessarily heavy, but keeps me in the extended state while healing. I am planning on going up in weight soon, as I have been on 2.5lbs for over 2 weeks and have not increased weight.

Within the first hour I started to feel fatigue. I am considering decreasing weight to 3lbs. Wife again told me I felt bigger. Personally, this morning I felt thicker to me and I have not been doing any girth work.

Its been a good almost 16 days since I did any hanging. My wife keeps telling me I feel bigger and thicker so I have slacked off. I will resume tomorrow.

Hope all is well.

I recall this thread of yours were you were persistently hanging SO. Looking at your last two pages, it seems like you’re now hanging other angles and also that you had a break and got back into hanging just recently?

It might have been as much as two years since I posted on your thread here. Would you mind giving me an update on what happened since then? Did you manage to gain with SO hanging?

I haven’t done PE consistently in years and I’m considering getting back to it. I always gained as a hanger, so I’m considering getting back into that as I never liked manual stretches.
