So I think I am giving up on manual PE. I am heading towards fillers. I want to come back to hanging and the use of a traction device, but I just am spent with it. I have never been the same since my injury. I know I should give it another go, but it is difficult and the stresses of life do get in the way.

So I want to be back at hanging, its just difficult. This go around I want to hang for 4-6 hours a day with no more than 5lbs, but since I am using a vac hanger I plan to stay around 3 lbs. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a bib or any other type of hanger. Only because I feel the vac requires minimal effort.

So after doing some reading I am finding out that in order to gain 1 inch, a traction device should be worn for 6 hours a day for 3 months. This equates to 560 hours. Others sites have said that wearing the device for 6 months is required in order to gain, which at 6 hours a day for 6 months equates to 1080 hours. These devices generate between 1-3 lbs, which is the weight I am hanging. So long term, I guess I will go for my three month goal. Once I hit the 3 month hour mark, then I will measure and continue for another 3 months till I hit the 6 month hour mark.
Short term is to hang again tomorrow.

Had sex with the wife last night. She immediately told me I felt different. She knows I started hanging again, so its not like I’m trying to hide it from her. When she said different, I asked what she meant by that and she said ” its a lot to handle.” I do not believe I have grown in the little time I’ve been hanging ( 13 hours) but I personally can tell a difference in the flaccid state. It seems I am fuller and heavier all day. Now I am not wearing an ADS or anything. All I am doing is hanging for a few hours a day then off to my daily activities.

Today my dick ached. I definitely exhausted my dick with hanging yesterday. I am not sure I can do 5 hours straight again. We shall see. Today because of work and life, I may only be able to do an hour or two.

As of right now, I am well short of my 6 hit a day goal, but I do need to work up to it. I’d love to be strapped in for 6 hours straight, but it’s difficult due to the high traffic in and out my house. I will continue to do what I can.

I notice I am hanging pretty thick at all times. I haven’t measured, although I know I should, but I’m happy with how my dick feels right now.
