Personal PE Journey Update
So, I’ve been PEing for about 6 months and have been a member of Thunder’s for maybe 2 months or so. Recently I ran into a small injury - nothing worth describing - so I took a break for that and to travel for a week. All in all I took about a 3 week break. I’ve returned just about a week ago and have made some small changes, little updates etc. That maybe someone new might find interesting or a veteran can add wisdom to.
So, to begin, the first thing I did was measure BPEL and EG. I’ve also decided to keep a log book of my workouts and my measurements (which I take every 2 weeks) complete with dates and length of each workout for volume tracking purposes. I noticed immediately that after my break I had actually GAINED length slightly, which was a surprise. I only measure BPEL and EG for now, I’m not too interested with the rest. If someone can give me a good explanation for why I should be measuring everything including flaccid, I’m all ears.
Onto my workouts, I started off light and have been/plan on increasing the intensity slowly until I get back to where I was comfortably. One thing I’ve decided to focus on is girth, but because of where I live (I’m an American contractor in an Islamic country) I can’t have “tools” like extenders and pumps, so I have to get creative and do it manually. I’ve noticed very little girth changes up to this point, but I’m being patient and trying new things.
Recently, I’ve found a band that works NICELY as a “makeshift” ring. What I do for girth is place that as far back as possible, behind the testicles because it works for me even though it’s not recommended, and then I do kind of a double-dry jelq which I’ll explain in detail - if this has a name already feel free to educate me! Otherwise, this is what I came up with.
I Kegel in blood, tourniquet off at the base with a standard ok grip as close to pelvic bone as possible, then slowly squeeze the head to force more blood back. I hold for maybe a couple seconds, release and repeat for 30-50 reps or until I “feel” like I’m getting tired - I pay close attention to how I feel. I always end up feeling heavier and looking veinier, with some added girth. I’m hoping that this will suffice with lack of the tools I mentioned, and that everyone else has mentioned in girth guides. I also bought equipment for clamping, but I don’t actually plan to do that for a long long time. I want to see how this routine works for a few months and see where I am
So far I’ve gained about .5 BPEL and MAYBE a very slight EG gain. Girth is what’s important to me now, so I’ve been focusing more on that. Other than that stuff I do a basic routine that works for me that looks like this most days, and will slowly increase over time:
-warm up
-6 min manual stretch
-10 min wet jelq (increased to 12 now, goal is 20 to maintain for a while)
-6 min manual stretch
-every other day the double jelq w ring done here
-warm down
I do all of this under a IR heat lamp to maintain my heat levels.
I’m open to suggestions, otherwise I’ll maintain and continue to monitor with my logs!
God speed boys, thanks for reading
