Like a lot of guys I tried a lot of different techniques and routines before finding what works for me, I still got a lot to figure out but here are a few things I learned over time and how I PE.
I don’t have any fixed routine, I always go with the flow. If it feels right I do a longer more intense workout, if doesn’t I do a lighter one or even stop and give my piece some rest.
I mainly stretch and pump, I use to jelq of course, but I have an uncut penis and it was giving me some foreskin gains so I totally stopped. But I do recommend it. It’s probably the most essential exercise for length and girth.
I Try to do my PE in a hot bath and when I don’t I try my best to keep my penis warm when stretching while my cylinder is filled with very hot tap water so it’s nice and warm for I when pump. I use palmer’s cocoa butter and I drink a lot all day so I’m definitely well hydrated all the time.
I do rather small pump sessions 5-10 minutes adding more pressure everytime, between those sessions I stretch in every direction possible. I don’t time it or count I just go with it adding some massages or firegoat rolls sometimes if I see that the skin starts to swollen a bit to much. I always do my best to end a workout with the least amount of edema. I know how big I can get my penis now with one good workout so I try to achieve that size with less than 20% of it being swollen skin. When It gets past that point I focus on stretches and maybe do a few manual clamping sessions or simply stop for the day.
I do in average 5-6 days on per week, but depending on the time I have, how he feels and how motivated I am I can easily do ten days in a row or give my dick a week of. Same with the length of a workout it goes from a five minutes pump season before my girlfriend comes once in a while or a few stretches in the shower to a workout that lasts a whole movie ( not porno ). I am a stealth PEer but live alone so that really helps, I can do it whenever and where ever.
My pump is a thickwall 9” by 2” with a proper brass pump with a gauge. I highly recommend it or something in the same quality range to anyone serious about pumping, it’s worth every penny and is to my eyes far superior then any other type of pumps.I tried bathmate and a couple others.
I really try not to ejaculate after, I feel it helps with gains, but It’s much easier said than done.
I DO NOT recommend the next part to anyone, but I sleep maybe one out of two nights with a cock ring on. It’s a soft silicone one that is kinda loose around my penis when flaccid so IT DOESN’T BLOCK ANY BLOOD CIRCULATION only a little tight when I get a morning would while sleeping. And then when I wake up I feel like I had a little workout. I feel that it helps.
