Wednesday it’s very early in the morning,

Pretty happy with the last ten days, had seven on and three off. I focused much more on length, did lots of stretching even some times a few pulls here and there during the day, in the shower or if I go to the toilet…
Haven’t been very active lately but I’m still here and reading threads, and I never really timed my pumping neither do I really focus to much on the pressure, since I started with one with no gauge for more than a year and have been pumping judging buy the feel of it. But I realized that I do way shorter pumping sessions than a lot of guys but I do put more pressure, I do from two the five ones, they are around ten minutes in duration and from ten to twenty hg fluctuating constantly. It is for me the best way to get a good penis stretch without too much fluid build up in the skin, if I did thirty minutes or more sessions at five to ten hg I would get a skin half an inch thick around my penis and a core not getting a proper workout.
Some guy here are pretty thick to start with, and other got some amazing success with PE in that area all that always makes me kind of jealous or at least wanting more. I mean, when I started PE I didn’t even care about girth, just wanted some length. Times are different now, length wise I wouldn’t mind some more but I am pretty satisfied with my size but I felt and I understand how girth is twice as important as length for women and in that category I’m really not satisfied yet.
It’s crazy how being and reading here on thunder’s makes you want things you never even dreamed about before !
I’m sure most guys here now the visualiser.net, well haven’t been there in a while and I compared my beginning stats to my actual one…amazing ! Definitely much better than comparing it to these freaks of nature, it’s so weird to envy those totally abnormal people, when they are the ones that should envy us ! Anyway, I got a reality check about what is normal or average and what’s not. Was looking online for some condoms, haven’t done that since my last two in a half year progress, or actually since ever. And I found those “my size” and the “They fit” ones, went on there web site, printed the measuring sheets and let’s just say that it’s good to see where your at according to western condom companies that aim at getting the proper condom for the largest variety of penis sizes.
Reading threads from the biggest and more successful PEers here, putting aside how much it can educate, inspire, motivate you and how some of there stories are just plain amazing, it can also be as bad as watching huge dick porn when it comes to how adequate you are and feel about your penis size. And yes I’m pretty sure some here, smaller than me, will probably think “looks who’s talking”.
Talking of porn, I’ve definitely been following that thread about it being poison, reflected on what I wrote, reading all these posts from you guys telling how good and positive it is to stop porn, I decided to give it a go as well. Hope I can manage it, at least long enough to be sure that I’m not actually addicted and long enough to see the positive effects it has on me so I don’t feel the need to go back to it.

It hasn’t been a week since my last post but much has changed since then so I felt like posting.
Had some very decent PE workouts, focusing once again a bit more on length, lt’s still definitely not showing much progress at the moment. Have been trying to PE less often giving rest time some more importance, but on the other hand making sure every session really counts.
Pumping is still going well, the more it goes the more I focus on shorter and more intense repetitions adding a few if necessary, it still works well for me less time in the pump, less fluid build up and more time between repetitions for stretches, and manual clamping.

I don’t know if you guys, the ones that have been pumping for a while have noticed this but the difference between the after PE and the not PE size has increased, especially due to pumping and I’m not talking about the skin, just the penis meat that can really expand more than before.
Or is it that when you start getting bigger than 5,5-6” girth you start having a pretty big thing in your hands, the okay grip starts to be hard to fully close and you start feeling girthy ? And we all know that the more you gain in girth the more each extra 0,1” makes a even bigger difference proportionally speaking.

Like I said a few changes has been made since the last post, I did not manage to quit porn but I definitely reduced by half the amount and only watch soft-core ( it’s a start ).
The real changes are regarding food and alcohol, started a diet, and quit alcohol. All that is obviously very new, but spirit is up, motivation is high and like PE and pretty much everything in life, one day, one step at the time.
Didn’t really notice how much weight I did put on since Christmas, all I can say is that almost half of my flaccid penis is hidden and erect apart from being thicker it’s like I never started PE…no wonder I still think it’s really not that big.

The last six days have been rather good PE wise, two days on, one off, two days on and today off. Had three long PE workouts in a warm bath, focused a lot on length still, hot water still really helps to get a really good stretch.
These rather short but very strong pump sessions alternated with intense pulls and massages/manuals clamp, really seem to work for length. I definitely take more time, and try to be more efficient at each workout, and my after PE penis keeps getting better and better.

Unfortunately, probably due to all those changes I have made recently in my life, My morning erection are almost nonexistent, I don’t even have any sexual needs, and getting aroused even just for PE is hard. I’m not to worried about it. Like I said a lot is going on at the moment that could be responsible for this change in my libido. It’s just that my pre-PE size seems tiny, it’s like my erections are not strong enough to get a full size wood, and in hand it feels like it’s half the size of the one post pumping ! It’s a bit unsettling, but once again I’m confident it will come back once once my mind is less focused on not drinking, not eating, and my ex, if just that.

When it comes to motivation for PE it’s at the highest it has been in while, I have a more scholar approach than before and I have the feeling it’s working, I’ll measure early next month and I really hope I’ll get back to 7’8” in length and that my girth will still be there. I really need to see some progress with my length, I was looking at my stats, and I haven’t really gained much of it since I got my thickwall cylinder ( almost a year ago ).
I did get some girth, which is fantastic, but because I have that feeling that it’s one or the other, I want my length to go up and my girth to stay put while I get to my length goal.
The feeling that I should concentrate more on length first because a thicker cock might just be harder to stretch, that I had since day one, is looking more and more like a possible fact rather than a theory when I try to analyze this last year evolution.

I’m sure your erection issues are both mind and body related. You have just so much on your mind and you have just put your body through a huge shock, by laying off the alcohol. I do think, PE is a good way of taking your mind off things. It helps keep you motivated and positive. Your morning wood and libido will come back. It’s just a matter of getting over the shock. Another solid PE week, very similar to last weeks, still focusing on length, almost all workouts in a warm bath lasting around an hour. Still having the feeling that gains not coming anytime soon length wise. In the pump I’m getting real close to that 20cm mark but haven’t reach it yet.
Having a rather thick fat pad I’m convinced I’m actually there,but at least it keeps me motivated diet wise, I can’t wait to actually be able to see my whole size.
Today and tomorrow are going to be off, still trying to get more rest days, two in a row hasn’t happen in a while.

Morning woods are still quite shy, but sexual feelings and needs are slightly coming back, once again not to worried about it, having a rock hard erection when needed has never been a problem for me so far, even with some significant alcohol intake, couldn’t say the exact same with the ability to orgasm but that’s a whole other story.
Thanks again for the support James, I know everything will get back to normal, plus when it does I should be in a way better place physically and mentally, so not only are they going to come back, but probably in a big way, as soon as I will be able to think and fantasize about other women.

To Continue to be as consistent as possible PE wise, I have become quite skeptical to my ability to gain more length, so any progress in that department during 2017 will prove that “plateaux” are breakable and that even if gains get tougher to get, they can still happen.
Hold adding clamping to my routine until 2018.
Not a single drop of alcohol.
Continue the diet, taking body pics every week on weighing day, like I said in a previous post, I took one at the very beginning two weeks ago and if, sorry, when I manage to achieve my goal, I will be posting before and after whole body pictures. Something to look forward to.

Didn’t manage to take those two days in a row off last weekend, Even though I know better, I know rest time is crucial for gains, I’m having a hard time taking a break.
I am taking one this weekend though, yesterday was off, today should be as well and the plan is to do PE late tomorrow night, which would give my penis a good rest. I am also thinking of taking a longer break sometimes next month for a week or even ten days. I need to schedule it otherwise I’m pretty sure I won’t do it.

I guess all of this is due to the fact that PE is going really well, it feels good, routine is still evolving towards length gains.
My in pump time is really getting shorter, or should I say getting more repetitions of shorter time. I don’t think I pump for more than six or seven minutes each time, if that. I try to make my penis go as far as possible before it has the time to get to meaty, and lots of massages, firegoat rolls and stretches in between.
Plus in the spirit of trying to dramatically reduce porn, I don’t often get an erection in the pump, I don’t even try to actually. Stretches are best done when flaccid, I’m trying the same approach in the pump hoping it will help with length focus.

Morning wood are still increasing in frequency and strength. Unfortunately the only few times I masturbate, because of the porn cut down, I often or almost always do it thinking about my ex, which probably isn’t the best thing to be doing. She is still very present in my mind, turning this page will take a while longer.
I’m really focus on my new alcohol free life and dieting, so I don’t go out to much or should I say at all, so meeting other people or even finding a girl attractive enough to actually fantasize about her instead of my ex would be a step forward but probably isn’t going to happen in the near future.
But I’m definitely moving forward, in a big way, I’m physically still a bit weak ( very low calorie intake ) but extremely strong mentally. I haven’t been this happy in a while, and nothing new has happened yet since the change, so I’m exited to see what tomorrow brings.

Tomorrow morning is the weekly weighing time, I’m exited. It should be good. Like I mentioned in my alcohol thread, I lost more than 6 kg the first two weeks, and I’m expecting another 2 this time. I know it’s a lot, but the life change has been rather radical, and seeing some proper results helps staying motivated.
And I know some will think it’s too much too soon…but I’m nothing of a newbie when it comes to diets or food in general.
That said, it’s lunch time…

Another good PE week, very consistent. 5 days on 2 off in total. Nothing new, routine and workouts looked pretty much the same as the weeks before.

PEing is something I look forward to, it’s not a chore in anyway. Alcohol still out of the picture. Diet on the other hand was a bit tougher this week, I’m closing in on a month in and energy was at a low. Didn’t have many cravings just this one, wanted to buy and eat a whole pint of Ben & Jerry’s and eat it, even if it wouldn’t have been the worst thing in the world, I took a warm bath did my PE routine and the idea went away.

I guess I don’t have much less the report this week, like I said it was pretty much the same as the one before.

I don’t mind this healthy routine slowly sticking without to much work, Let’s hope next week won’t have any bad surprises.

Feeling good, the diet and the healthy lifestyle is really starting to kick in mood wise, I feel great, motivated, still lacking some energy from time to time, put the numbers showing on the scale stick in my mind and definitely add some extra motivation and good will when needed.
Official scale time tomorrow morning, It should show around 11kg lost since the beginning I’m getting real close to that 100kg line, I should hopefully cross it in an other week or so.

I might be boring some of you with my weight stuff, but PE wise it has a big impact, I haven’t gained (or feel like I have) in such a long time, it’s great for the spirit. It looks longer, bigger. Can’t even imagine how huge it’s going to look if I manage my weight goal. I cannot recommend more to anyone that wants to have a bigger looking penis and has a bit or a lot of extra weight to just diet, not even mentioning the obvious and even more important and positive aspects of a healthier body, it’s crazy, not that it is a whole new feeling for me, but reliving it is awesome.

Yesterday and today are rest days, I’ll be doing some measurements just before PEing tomorrow and hopefully I’ll be adding an extra 0,1” to my length, getting it back to where it was.
I’ve been noticing some improvements length wise in the pump, I’m definitely hitting that 20cm mark, I know most of the progress is mostly due to the weight loss, but it’s such a symbolic line this 20cm one especially for us using the metric system, it just puts a huge smile on my face every time.
Like I said before, I knew I was there already it’s just still very shy and hiding under a still rather thick layer of fat.

Still doing the PE session porn free and erection free, still way to early to say if it does help when pumping for length. PE routine is getting shorter but more intense, and I really try to give my dick some more time off PE and try my best to add even more heat to my exercises, taking the time for it to heat up before starting the routine as well.

Hope this healthy and exciting way of PEing sticks with me for a while longer, it really make this a great endeavor and make the journey more important than the actual destination.

Last week was good, much more active and focused on work and life in general, the healthy lifestyle is starting to have it’s effect on my mood, my positivity and my general need to get stuff done in a very good way. Unfortunately I have been much less here on thunder, I guess it’s a good thing to not be thinking of your penis all the time, it feels that way at least.

Nevertheless, PE wise the week was solid, 5 on 2 off, I continue focusing on length and I still try to make the most of every sessions.
Erections in general are definitely back, morning wood especially but I continue my not erect pump trial aiming for length.

Diet is going damn well, under 100 kg this morning, minus 12,5 kg overall. Feeling better everyday, my Monday weightings are very motivating, the evolution pictures are definitely there to remind me that there is still a long road ahead.
My penis really starts to stick out a bit more, it’s subtle but I can tell the difference my fat pad is still above 1” think, still room for improvement, can’t wait. Alcohol still out of sight.

Not much more to add, spring is coming…

I’m going to start with my diet, I managed too hold it for more than six weeks but I had my first cheat day it was this Thursday and I kind of felt it was coming, my body was really in need of some fast and easy energy to rest a bit from all that weight loss. I didn’t over do it, but I ate that pint of Ben&Jerry’s and it was GOOOOD ! Fairly nuts you rock…
I went on this day, not counting calories and really trying not to feel bad about it so I could enjoy it as much as possible, which I did.
I did worry at one point about the next day, hoping I would get back to my diet without any issues, and I’m glad to say that it was 90% the case.
This mornings weighting was disappointing but I was not surprised. I am definitely not doing another cheat day anytime soon. Maybe when I pass under that 90kg mark, like I did with the 100kg one.

Alcohol is still out of the picture.

PE, four days on three off. Like I have been saying a lot in my previous logs, a good week. PE is not as present in my mind but I give it a 100% when I’m doing it. Two sessions in a warm bath, two air pumping. My post workout penis keeps getting better and better. measuring it really blows my mind.
My non erect pumping trial is still on, it feels good, and I would like to think that it is working, I can see progress when I’m maxing out in the pump even though it’s most likely my fat pad shrinking, I want to believe it’s not the only reason.
It keeps me on track, and motivated to stay on this path for a while (at least 6 more months) see if that approach works for length.

Motivation is strong, work is taking more and more space in my life in a very positive way, the days getting longer really help the positive attitude, spring is a blessing.

Very busy week work wise, so it’s pretty late and I’m pretty tired so this is going to be a short log.
All is good, very good actually, diet going super strong, minus 2kg this week, still alcohol free and PE was almost the same as last week, so 5 on 2 off in a row and the sessions were very efficient.

Another pretty crazy week at work and very positive all around. Did 4 days of PE, 3 off.

The whole pumping not erect approach is making more and more sense and I feel that it is working. It still is much too soon to make conclusions but I feel that gains are slowly coming back…
All I know for sure is that I don’t need to get an erection for my sessions and that really makes them easier to plan or fit in whenever. The only thing preventing me from doing my workouts basically anywhere is the heat and hot water needed.

My post workout size is pure madness, I really think I could consider cutting back on PE if my pre PE size was the same as my Post PE one. I’ll do another official measurement next week see where I’m at.

The diet is going really well, I’m feeling healthier everyday and apart from the very few cigarettes I smoke I Have an extremely healthy lifestyle. Erections are really better than before, it’s crazy actually, I thought I didn’t have any issues in that department, well I guess I kind of did after all.

Another intense week work wise, basically the only little time I had to myself I slept or did some PE !

I feel pretty amazing, diet is going more than well, frightening well actually. The scale was showing an unbelievable minus 3kg this morning, and that’s for the week. Minus 18,9kg overall I n ten weeks…I don’t think I even have to tell you guys how much better I feel !!

My penis really looks bigger now it’s insane, just a few weeks ago I was struggling to barely reach the 20cm mark in the tube but now I pass it easily at every session, I’m talking one or two millimeters above but still ! Even though for obvious reasons I think the progress is due to my weight loss, I still feel that my pumping approach and my consistency with PE lately has to do with it as well. It definitely keeps me motivated anyways.

I did some measurements like I promised, and amazing news…I’m there, 7,9 !!!!! Which doesn’t sound that great so let me put it in a metric system point of view… 20cm !!!!! Holy shit and all the other types of shit as well ! I can’t believe it, I’m very careful when updating my statistics and this huge milestone for me was going to be added when I was absolutely sure of it. I’ve been so close for so long, I don’t know if I’m happier about the actual fact or the fact that my plateau is broken…

Sorry if it sounds like I’m bragging, I’m not, I’m just glad all that hard work, commitment and time spent is paying off in a way I wasn’t even dreaming about when I started pulling on that thing. I was just hoping for 18cm when I started and not even really caring about girth. Lots has changed since then. In PE I believe and thank god for this place and all of you guys.

As for my routine this week it was still 5 on 2 off just the 2 days in a row this weekend to make sure to get some proper measurements. I’m kind of tired when I do my sessions so I pump more than I stretch, but I still pump totally flaccid and at a high level for short periods.

I guess all of this makes it a very positive log.
