Another busy week past, couldn’t even manage to wright this log down on Sunday. A great week overall, I just didn’t do as much PE than usual, 3 days on 5 off, but I’m sure that my unit didn’t mind it probably did some good actually.
When your really consistent with your routine and you PE schedule, taking a good break or just taking a few extra days off really is the hardest part. I still feel like my penis is missing out when I know it’s necessary.

I noticed lately that my penis need more time to get a good pump, I guess that it’s totally normal, like always the penis gets use to whatever treatment your inflicting on him and gets a bit tougher. Nothing too problematic but it does require some extra time per sessions to get the desired pump. Maybe a sign that a proper break is in order, I did say a few weeks ago that I would take one and didn’t.

Diet wise, it’s still all good, yesterday I passed the -20kg mark. It’s crazy when you think about it, the difference is unbelievable. I still have a bit over about 14 kg to go to hit my goal, the thing that I haven’t manage to do for the last 20 years probably is getting under that 80kg mark. I am so focused on this whole new life, and it’s going so much better then all the previous attempts.
The real difference is in the head, I’m happy to be doing what I am, I don’t feel like I’m missing out or anything. Sunday is my cheat day, sometimes I do eat whatever I feel like, and it’s definitely more than my average week day, but it’s nowhere close to what my cheat days looked like on previous diets. I guess it’s just what a normal day is suppose to look like…
They use to look a bit more like some of the videos that I strangely love to watch on YouTube, where competitive eaters just stuff there faces with junk food. I guess it’s satisfying in a better them than me kind of way, and some of them are so entertaining and fun…crazy you Matt Stonie.

I guess it’s all I got for today, I really want to get back to writing them on Sunday like before. I guess will see if I manage it in just a few days.
I don’t know if this log is really that interesting, especially PE wise, but I know that it’s helping me in a big way.

It’s been a while, work left me with very little time to spare and I haven’t even logged on here for more then a month.
Hope everyone is good and PEing well.

PE has been rather steady, not my most intense period but I did what I could with the time I had and everything is still on track. I mainly pumped. Adding stretches from times to time.

Diet has slowed down a bit, but still going strong. Minus 23-24 kg since the beginning. I’m a different person. I feel great , much more energized and happy.

Alcohol wise I will hit the four months mark in a few days and that basically sums it all up.

I’m going to try to get back to my Sunday log. But no promises there.

Great to hear from you man and glad things are still going well for you. With work and life, PE can sometimes take the backburner. Glad that you are finding ways to keep your routines steady. It’s difficult for me sometimes, but the benefits are what keep me finding ways to keep it going. Both the amazing things that are happening below the belt and my greater self confidence I’ve gained. It’s incredible!

I can’t believe it’s been 4 months already? I’m so damn proud of you, man. Keep it up! You’re an inspiration to so many. :D

Hello everyone It’s been a while,

Work got the best of me these last months, I couldn’t find the time and energy to log. Didn’t even spent much time here on reading your posts. I managed to keep a sort of PE routine, were I still pump 95% of the time.

I haven’t measured since ages, but I’m pretty sure it hasn’t progressed in any way. I’m still very focused on PEing I just don’t put in the necessary effort to get some proper results. I’m trying to get back at it, especially by incorporating much more manual exercises to add to my pumping one. Once I get that going again with the help of some frequent logs I’ll be ready for this winter.
I need to set some goals for the next 6 months. I’ll do some measurements soon to see where I stand and update my stats…by the way I don’t know when but that got an update, it’s better in some ways but the way number are written is weird, difficult to read…5,34/78 ?!?!!!??!?! I get it, but why ?

Still trying to get that login routine going,

I’m going to focus on PE mainly.
So, I continued to do a very pump oriented routine, I can’t say exactly how many days off or on it varies but an average 4,5 days on per week would be my guess.
I added most of the time some stretches, but I’m far from the stretching routine I had once, but I’m slowly but surely getting back there again. I still want to see if I can still gain some length, and the routine I am getting back to definitely got me some great ones. The fact that I almost didn’t do any stretches for quite some time and no jelqs like always should help.
Even though I still pump for length, with relatively short reps with relatively high pressure, it always effect your girth very significantly.
Starting the routine with some nice long stretches is very efficient or at least it feels that way, my pre-pump bpsl must be crazy compared to the post one.
I said I would measure it, but I didn’t. I kind of don’t really need to, after some years you know we’re your at. And my guess would be, spot on my stats when it comes to girth, slightly shorter for length. Hopefully I’ll get a good surprise when I do measure. Will see when that happens.
The good thing is that PE really is part of my everyday routine, It’s like Brushing my teeth I do it without really thinking about it, on rare occasions I skip it but, I feel bad about it and compensate the next time.

So goals for this winter…getting that length growing again, definitely postponing clamping until 2019 and not 2018 like I once said.

I also read this whole thread the other day, it was very interesting, had a few laughs! It’s not a particularly good read, but it reminded me why I PE, why thundersplace is so damn great and why login is important. It reminds you how far you’ve gone even if it’s only about a few millimeters it’s about so much more in the way you see yourself, your confidence and your self esteem.

I have been wanting to get a new start on my gains for a while now, my PE routine has become boring and ineffective.
Looking through my stats I realized that I haven’t had any proper gains since a year or so and I PE at least 5 times a week. Girth might have evolved a bit but length is definitely stalling, It’s just a bit short of 20cm and It’s frustrating.

I decided to start a new routine. I said before not wanting to give clamping a go just yet, but it’s time, I ordered a cable clamp and all the necessary for it. I’m going to give pumping a break maybe only doing it once a week.
Stretches and clamping will be the main events and I may even give jelqing an other go as well, I’m definitely giving my routine a whole new look, hoping this will work. Even if I haven’t been active here on thunder’s for a while, I’m still very motivated and focused, I just need results again.

I said it a few times before, but login once a week for an update is also part of the new routine. I’m excited to give my feedback on clamping.

I just had the best PE week, it has been a long time since I got so excited about it, it probably goes back to when I got my thickwall cylinder and rediscovered pumping.
It was PE old school style, long random PE sessions, spending time on thunder’s learning about new exercises, 7 days a week…

The new and rather simple routine looks like this, I start with some gentle all directions stretches, to loosen and warm it up. Than 10-15 minutes of clamping, harder all around stretches, stronger clamping…And that’s it.

Clamping takes a little getting use too, It’s easier when the penis is nice and plump already, I used my pump to help a couple times especially at the beginning of the workout, like a 5 mins rather high pressure pump just before the first clamp.

The whole clamp thing is really great, it’s like pumping but the stress comes from the inside, it feels good and in a way a bit more natural and logical than clamping.
Compared to PEing mainly with a pump, I managed to get about 80% post PE results girth wise, but because there is no fluid buildup in the skin, it’s about the same, plus the post PE penis looks leaner.

Yesterday I had a nice long workout in a warm bath, hadn’t had one a while, it’s the best too loosen up the penis and get some proper stretches. Plus I added a little 10 minutes in the pump just to finish it off….F&#@%k ME !! I had the best post PE ever. I didn’t measure, but my thing had never been that thick, I’m pretty sure it was at least 6’’.

It’s going to take a few trials to adjust this new routine to be as efficient as possible, but l’m looking forward to it.

Another solid week PEwise, started it with 2 days off, than 2 on, 1 off, 2 on. Workouts were random and rather long, I’m still trying different combinations between stretches, clamping and pumping to find the most efficient one.

I’m getting more and more comfortable with clamping, not pinching my skin when tightening it was one of the biggest challenge at first, but now that I know how to wrap properly the shaft before putting on the clamp, it’s ok.

The Post PE size is awesome, meaning I am probably getting the best out of every sessions. EQ isn’t as its best but I know strong stretches and big PE sessions can have that effect so I’m not too worried for now, or maybe it’s just my normal size that feels a bit skinny and soft compared to the ridiculously hard and fat clamped penis.

Since I’m giving all of this a new look, it feels right to give stopping porn a another try, I can’t really PE without it, which means that I watch quite a lot of it, all the posts and threads I have reed here and my gut feeling are telling me it’s going to be an adjustment but worth it.

We’ll see how that went next week.

Had a little health issue so the last ten to twelve started with two days on than a rather forced eight days break and counting…

So, yes I just had a small health thingy, it got me into some treatment, my erections and my libido flew away that day. Absolutely nothing to be worried about, I’m just patiently waiting for the treatment to be over, my energy, libido and erections will come soon after.

Even if it wasn’t planned, I know a good break from PE will do me and him some good. I’ll enjoy getting back at it in a few days.

I have been porn free since my last post, but to be honest it was a weird moment to stop. The two PE sessions I did without where fine, I definitely struggle more to get an erection, it was an issue for clamping.
And a part from that it hasn’t even been on my mind at all, had better things to worry about and my penis has been 100% flaccid for the last eight days, it’s actually really strange, my flaccid looks ridiculous…
Everything will get back on track very soon.

I haven’t been on thunder’s for about a month. The health issue is behind although it took a little longer than expected, it ended up in a twenty days break from PE, my penis probably needed that. A little reconditioning was needed when starting again.

I’m now in a pretty steady PE routine, 5 days on a week. Stretching and pumping are still the main events, I clamp maybe once or twice a week.
My length is still stalling, It really feels like doesn’t want to go any further, the in tube max extension is at 8’’ has been for a very long time. It’s even slightly under at the end of a session, when I gets crazy thick.
Girth I can tell is very slowly but surely evolving.

Porn wise I did manage to take a good break but I started watching some again, about once a week. Definitely not for every PE session which is still a great improvement.

I have been pretty consistent with my routine, five to six days on per week, days off are random.

My post routine size is at the same as it was before my three week break, and is still way bigger than my actual size, I’m afraid of doing some proper measurements, I should do some for the records but I’m a little scared of not seeing any results. Especially length wise. But when I see the expansion I can get out of a session, I’m thinking some of it will eventually stick. I will measure next month for sure.
If there is something I learned from PE is that patience is key and that gains come very randomly.

Other than that I feel pretty damn good, I’m in a good momentum at the moment. I’m still alcohol free, it’s part of my everyday life in a good and clean way. The fact that my gains stopped when I stop drinking makes me wonder sometimes, but I’m sure there is no correlation between the two, or maybe I was so drunk that I was pulling on it like a maniac and got better results, but I doubt it.

I’m about to add an other session before going to work, stretching and pumping is still on the menu, and who knows I might just add some clamping today…
