Figured I’d do a post decon break thread. Coming off 3 year plateau, followed by 10 month decon.

Starting stats 7 1/16 x 4 7/16

Doing 20-30 minutes of combination squeezes and semi erect bends against curve in morning MWF.

Hey Majic, have you been doing PE regularly, or a certain Program in the 3 Year Plateau ? Quite the dedication without gains. I would‘ve gone nuts, going 3 Years without some progress.

I also have left curve ~40°. What is about your curve & what is your approach to straighten the curve?


Current (Aug 19,2023):-

EL-12.5 -13cm, EG-10.5 -10.7cm

Goal (Dec 31, 2024): EL -15.0 cm, EG - 12.0cm

The 3 years flew by and I was in a good place mentally. I was trying new things each cycle and was always optimistic each cycle. That 3 years also contained 1-3 month decon breaks prior to each new cycle.

What was difficult was my first year of PE. I didn’t gain at all and just didn’t know if it was even real or at least going to work for me. During the plateau I had gained 1/2” length and girth so I new it worked and was more comfortable with my size.

I have a mild curve, probably 10 degrees. I’ve tried bends and stretching against it in the past but never with any success. I’ve never tried extending or hanging because my focus is girth so I don’t know if they would be effective for me.

Did you try Progressive Fulcrum Hanging with an IR Lamp, I could´nt gain Length as well until I gave this Program a shot, doing Pretty good so far.

I use the Phallosan as an Vacuum Hanger and put the Fulcrum very close to the Base, when I heat it up with the IR Lamp, I can feel how the septum is giving in.

I could do the Fulcrum Stretches with my Hands also, but then it´s not really scientific, because I don´t know how much Force I use + Hanging is more comfortable.

I start with 2.2 kg jump to 2.6 kg, then 3 kg, then I do the cooldown with 3.2 kg. I jump in weight like every 6 minutes or so, based on how it feels. I am in the progress of getting better weights, so that I can make smaller jumps in weight.

Sad to hear that you struggle with gaining, maybe you should change things up, or look for whats hindering you. I am 34 Days into my Program, and gained 1.3 - 1.5 cm in BPFSL so far.

Those are great gains, congratulations!
Thank you for the suggestion. Probably would gain doing that, or maybe eliminate my curve. I’m kind of a part timer at this point. I used to have a PE bag but these days I’m a minimalist. Never tried hanging and to be honest I really don’t have the time or privacy for that.

Took girth measurement today. Surprisingly no gain. It’s been feeling girthier during sex and this mornings erection felt bigger than usual. Not a great sign because I would suspect that this first 2-3 weeks would have been biggest spike. Switching to pumping now as planned.

I’ve also been using the Phallosan to hang while waiting on another hanger to show up. I love it.

Have you considered pumping at all Majic?
Pretty easy to conceal in a small bag and don’t need an elaborate setup like you might have with hanging.
Seems to me the key to pumping is slow, gentle, and steady, for years. From my understanding, this sounds like the safest way to get girth gains that last, with excellent EQ - but it’s slow, and that’s where most guys fall down.

I have a bathmate I use in shower on workout days. During my plateau I did a couple cycles of pumping 1-2 hrs a day with no gains.

At some point I eliminated clamping during my plateau because I felt I couldn’t justify its use based on the risk vs reward. I don’t really know exactly the risk but after a year of no gains I figured no matter what the risk it outweighed the reward.

My post decon plan was to slowly ramp up trying to get any possible gains before I moved into advanced exercises and toughened my tissues back up. I’ve scratched this plan based on my history of not gaining the first year until I moved into clamping. In fact all of my gains I was clamping among other things. So now I’m ramping up to advanced exercises and only limiting intensity and volume to avoid injury. It may be my physiology that I have tougher dick and need more intensity to grow. I never had newbie gains nor a single injury despite at one point doing compressions with various wooden vices while clamped.

I won’t measure now till cycle ends but I’ve been doing 2-6 sets of 5-10 minute clamping. Morning squeezes for 20 minutes. A little pumping and stretching at night. My eq has shot through the roof from this routine and I get random erections throughout the day. I guess if I can get a gain and then go back on extended decon I’ll take that.

I did measure a 1/16” shorter a week or so ago. I wonder if anyone has had this happen while gaining girth.

Ok. I finished my cycle Friday and measured today. It’s official I lost a strong 1/16” in length and just barely hit 7” now. My girth does seem more even now and feels thicker in my hand but where I measure it remained at 7/16”. I did get one reading just missing 1/2” so it’s likely I did have a very small unmeasureable gain. I’m hopeful that next cycle I get to claim a gain but for purposes of this thread I didn’t have a post decon gain. From now on I’ll post in my progress thread.

Measured base girth 4 11/16” about an inch out, right after the taper towards body ends. I never measured this before because I had a baseball bat shape, and there’s that taper at bottom like tree trunk and also sack skin, so I just didn’t think it was the most reliable area to measure. So its certainly possible I made base/lower shaft girth gains. Midshaft is definitly 7/16. I’ll track this measurement in future. I think by staying an inch out I can be consistent. On the upper shaft I always measure near a specific vein that wraps around.
