So, motivation and time management is really becoming an issue for me in terms of completing my PE routines.

I’ve decided to change up my newbie routine and try something different.

Up until now I have been trying to complete the newbie routine in the evenings but this has not worked out too well so far. For some reason I seem to be motivated during work hours whilst my mind and body seem to be ‘awake’. But by the time I finish my 10 hour shift I seem to either be so drained most days that I have no interest in PE or on the days I’m not so drained locking myself in my room for an hour PE’ing isn’t at the top of my list of things to do.

So what I am going to try and do, I plan to try and introduce 5-6 gentle stretching routines lasting 5-8 minutes each into my daily work schedule.

I will be doing these stretches without heat so maybe not ideal, hence I will be keeping the force quite low. Hopefully throughout the course of a day I should be able to get 30mins or so at least worth of stretching incorporated into the day (across 5-6 sessions).

Going to measure tonight and begin the routine tomorrow.

Has anyone tried this kind of routine? With much luck?

I’m thinking to do this lightweight and easy routine for 2-3 months hoping that I will get some kind of gains- I think I may be able to stick to this one.. Time will tell lol

I work 10 hour shifts as well, and I understand the struggle with time management. Have you thought about getting an ADS? I have found it to be the best for passive PE, and it’s great for workdays, just takes some getting used to.

As for light stretching, I have done it in the past, and the gains were minimal. Heat is definitely preferable. And I would just stretch while watching tv so you can relax a bit; just keep an eye on a timer. Another idea might be light hanging, so you don’t even have to pull yourself.

If you want results, you need to put in the work. Stay motivated, you got this!

Hi Alex,

Funnily that you mention an ADS actually, I have an almost brand new Phallosan Forte which I haven’t really tried all day yet, bought it a few months back but I’ve only really has “test sessions” with it, I think it will definitely take some getting used to- seems quite uncomfortable getting the sleeves on and off.

I plan to give this a go at some point but trying to maximise gains manually before I got down the ADS route.

I’m hoping that as soon as I start seeing some small gains it will motivate me further to actually stick to a proper newbie style routine on a regular basis; but we will see how things progress for the next few days and weeks!

Been keeping with this routine, I wouldn’t say I’ve been religious with it being 6 times a day as I mentioned earlier- also no exact stretching routine lasting a certain amount of time neither. Have also been doing random jelqing sessions too.

But I notice that I am hanging slightly longer when flaccid. Besides this- no real positive or negative PI’s to go by at the moment.

Will keep you guys updated on how things go, as I’m sure there are others out there who struggle to keep up with a more structured routine also.

I don’t expect to grow a huge amount as I know even with structured and religious PE sometimes the gains come very slowly, lets see how things go!
