So I have decided to go with rest days during the weekend as to not let PE affect my day to day functions.
So far; no positive or negative PIs to be honest, just going to stick with it for another week before considering increasing the stretching time up to 10 minutes.
I also have a Phallosan Forte which I’ve only used once, so may need to un-box that and use that for a few hours after my PE sessions.
What are peoples thoughts on heat/ types of heat? I’ve been doing my jelq session during a hot shower and stretching immediately after, but I’m not convinced its a great method. Initially I was considering a rice sock/ heat patch- but a lot of whats on the forum suggests this only heats the skin/ outer layers; which won’t really help with gains as the tunica will need heating? Are IR lamps safe for use, thought they may affect sperm count etc?
