Hi All,

I have started this thread to keep track of my progress over the next few months of PE. I have known about this site for years but have never had any real consistency with PE.

But I am hoping this is all going to change, I will try and track my routines and record them all here with the hope it will aid my motivation.

I will be starting this evening with the following routine.

5 minutes warmup
5 min stretches (30s x 10)
100 dry jelqs
5 minutes warm down

100 kegels throughout the day.

So I have decided to go with rest days during the weekend as to not let PE affect my day to day functions.

So far; no positive or negative PIs to be honest, just going to stick with it for another week before considering increasing the stretching time up to 10 minutes.

I also have a Phallosan Forte which I’ve only used once, so may need to un-box that and use that for a few hours after my PE sessions.

What are peoples thoughts on heat/ types of heat? I’ve been doing my jelq session during a hot shower and stretching immediately after, but I’m not convinced its a great method. Initially I was considering a rice sock/ heat patch- but a lot of whats on the forum suggests this only heats the skin/ outer layers; which won’t really help with gains as the tunica will need heating? Are IR lamps safe for use, thought they may affect sperm count etc?

I wouldn’t recommend increasing stretching time if you are still gaining with less. I’m saying this because you mentioned not wanting to let P.E affect your day to day functions and by increasing stretching time now, you might need to do heavier routines earlier on without it being necessary. I do 2:30 minutes of stretching (5x30second stretches) and even after a month I am seeing great results. I would also recommend doing stretches first then going into jelqing but I think that’s up to preference.

About types of heat, I usually take a shower and stay in it during my workout so I think that a hot shower is a great way to warm up. The room’s temperature rises quickly, its a smaller room with no windows so the temperature stays high, you have good privacy and if you use a lubricant you don’t make a mess and if you do its easier to clean up. Hi, You are seeing length gains after 2:30 mins of stretching only per day?

That’s a very interesting fact- what kind of gains did you get out of interest? I just made the assumption that at 5 minutes; I probably wasn’t stretching enough to see any gains, so was working my way up to 10-15minutes a day in the hope of then doing enough. I think I will hold fire and stick with my 5 minutes for now after hearing that from you.

I am currently using the shower as my heat source also, hoping it is sufficient for now as I feel IR may be a bit risky on spermatogenesis?!

What kind of routine did you do for your first month and what kind of gains did you yield?

Hello @migger1234 well today marks exactly one month of doing P.E for me. The routine I followed is the Linear Newbie and I have tried to log everything on my progress report thread JohnKing64’s Progress Report . I saw gains as early as the 2 weeks mark which is crazy and with minuscule amounts of work. I think that this might be due to my age being 18 years old but as you know, gains are different for everyone. Take a look at my thread and if you have any questions feel free to message me or reply i’d be more than happy to explain everything in detail. I will also make a post today on my 1 month gains and total experience :)

Just checked out your thread, great results in such a short time, hopefully I am in the same position after 1 month, time will tell.

Missed a couple of routines this week due to busy days, so will have to stay more focused in the evenings.

It gives me something to look over on and reflect on (especially useful on days where I have missed a workout and am lacking motivation)- great tool to keep us on track I think. As they say, consistency is key in PE.

That’s a great point, could be motivational! And yeah I’d say having notes/past recordings to reference is invaluable so we know what works and what hasn’t for us. As soon as I heal from this shitty injury I’ll start one. I’ve kind of lost a small chunk of my shaft ): I don’t think I’ll ever wrap and hang weights all day again… even though it was maybe only 2 lbs and I’ve done it for many months… somehow it went horribly wrong

Why is this so difficult to stick to. Looking at the dates on here I haven’t PE’d in 10 days or so.

Do you think my 2 weeks of gains would have been cemented? LOL

Back to the drawing board: Looking to do 100 jelqs and 10 mins of stretching this evening after work.
