Reached my first goal
I tried out PE about 6 months ago .I did the newbie routine for 2 months I didn’t gain from that at all just some girth .then again a month ago out of the blue I decided to do PE once again .. Routine = I am concentrating on length now so I do normal stretches (I hold each stretch for about 1 min all in all 6 directions.. I feel it is more effective than 30 sec hold’s) then I do V-stretches for 3 min , JAI stretch (I hold it for 20 sec and release for 3 sec and repeat) 3 min and dld blasters (they r aw some) for 3 min (15 min on length exercises).then I do some wet jelq for like a min or so.. Like I said I’m concentrating on length only.. So after a month I’ve gained .5 in length and nothing in girth .I’m so freaking happy.. I didn’t have a clue that I would hit my first goal so soon.. Next goal 6” length .. I just need to gain .2 to reach 5” girth.. Tnx for helping me out guys .members/moderators here r awesome
