Reached my first goal

I tried out PE about 6 months ago .I did the newbie routine for 2 months I didn’t gain from that at all just some girth .then again a month ago out of the blue I decided to do PE once again .. Routine = I am concentrating on length now so I do normal stretches (I hold each stretch for about 1 min all in all 6 directions.. I feel it is more effective than 30 sec hold’s) then I do V-stretches for 3 min , JAI stretch (I hold it for 20 sec and release for 3 sec and repeat) 3 min and dld blasters (they r aw some) for 3 min (15 min on length exercises).then I do some wet jelq for like a min or so.. Like I said I’m concentrating on length only.. So after a month I’ve gained .5 in length and nothing in girth .I’m so freaking happy.. I didn’t have a clue that I would hit my first goal so soon.. Next goal 6” length .. I just need to gain .2 to reach 5” girth.. Tnx for helping me out guys .members/moderators here r awesome

Great gains, buddy! I’m happy for you! I’m a newbie, but I think that you have to do more jelqs too. They are not only great for girth, but also for length and EQ! Your gains should be faster and your EQ would be better. Aren’t you doing kegels? And the warming up?

November 20, 2014: BPEL: 6.36"; EL: 5.8"; MEG: 4.6"; BEG: 4.8".

Short term goal: EL: 6.2"; MEG: 4.72"

Long term goal: EL: 6.8"-7"; MEG: 5.6".

I do warm up and kegels everyone does that so I didn’t mention them.. Ok so how many jelqs should I do 50 or 100 .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Everybody does that, it’s true! Haha! I think that you should do at least 200/day, as the newbie routine. 10 min of jelqing 3s/stroke.

June14: BPEL 6.5; MSEG 4.9; BEG 4.7. Jan15: BPEL 6.7; MSEG 5.3; BEG 4.9.

And now my EQ is not that good my morning wood is not hard at all just semi erect.. I would get random boner’s during the day.. Now there r no random boner’s should I do PE 2 days on and 1 day off.. Or should I change something else////plz reply.. When I’m edging I am fully hard there is no problem in that area. Should I slowdown .. Am I over training

Alivegeta, avoid chat speaking please, ‘are’ not ‘r’, ‘thanks’ not ‘tnx’, and so on.

‘Internal stretches’ are worthless IMO.
