It’s good to be back. As you can see I’ve been a member here for a while now and did some serious PE for 6 months and got about .5” in both length and girth. I fell off with it for a number reasons (certainly not because I wanted to). Got back into it a couple years later for a little while again, but life got in the way again. Hoping third time is the charm and I can stick with it for the long haul this time. Lost pretty much all the gains I got from my initial foray into PE, so my initial goal is just to get those back. Mostly trying to get length, but won’t say no to whatever girth I get along the way. Starting off mostly with stretching and hanging. We’ll see how it goes.

Added weight to my hanging sessions for the first time today. Because this is my first go around with hanging I started out very light at 2.5 lbs just to get a feel for it. Jumped up to 4 lbs today and can definitely feel the difference that 1.5 lbs makes over four 20 min. sessions. Will probably spend another week at this weight before adding more just to be sure I don’t injure myself. Hope to add another 1.5 lbs at that point. I’ve also taken to doing a quick round of stretches after my hanging sessions.

So the last couple of days my erections seem to have been turned up to 11. Hoping this means I’m headed in the right direction and will see some gains soon.

Added another 1.5 lbs today for a total of 5.5 lbs. Still doing four 20-30 min sessions. Definitely feeling more of a pull on the ligaments now. Will probably stick with this weight for at least two weeks unless I stop feeling that pull.

Good luck, I’m in the same boat starting back up for the 3rd or 4th time. I think it’s the boredom from these New England winters.

Due to a lack of privacy recently, I’ve taken up getting in quick sessions of jelqing and stretching while in the shower after work. Because the sessions are typically short I having been doing them almost every day for the past few weeks and it seems to be having something of an effect. My erections are definitely harder on average (so much so that my girlfriend comments on it every time) and my flaccid seems to be hanging a bit bigger as well. I’ve also recently cut porn out of my life almost entirely, which may also have something to do with the increase in EQ. Hoping these positive PIs lead to some growth soon.

Got my first real gains since restarting. Up to 7 3/4” BPEL and my EQ has remained through the roof. Jelqing in a hot shower really encourages some serious expansion while minimizing the risk of injury, at least in my personal experience. I think that is what has led to my recent gains. My routine right now is mainly stretching ( 30 second stretches down, left, and right, 3-5 reps in each direction) and 100-150 jelqs. I do this 5 days on 2 days off. Pretty basic but is working for now.
