Been doing around 300 jelqs a day for the last three weeks now.. Upped it to 600 a day now.. However its only been this week that I have been recording numbers.

I agree, that’s a really steep routine. However, if you see gains…then it’s alright.

The jelqs are with a 25% erection so is not that hardcore, I know is a high quantity but is not like they are full erect jelqs.
