I’m using water tent weight and currently using food scale to measure the weight which is why the weight is so weird. I’ve ordered a luggage weight scale from Ali-express and it should get here in two weeks. Hopefully I can go up to 1kg in two weeks.

Sep 11 I hanged for 40-50 min straight and my gland got a little red patch. I think 30 min shall be enough for a break.

Right side of my glans is injured. The shape of my glans especially at the right side of my external urethral opening isn’t as well shaped as the left side. But I’ve felt pain within the penis on the right side for a while as well. This is an alarm for me so I’m taking a indefinite break from exercising.

Today is Oct 3 so it’s been 6 days. The shape looks better but it’s still somewhat different as compared to the left side of my external urethral opening - the shape is not as prominent. I think it’s recovering but it will take some more time. I hope that it will recover fully soon.

My glans and urethra did that during my early PE days, which were primarily pumping and occasionally vacuum hangers. In each case they resumed their normal shapes after a week or two.

I have had it happen occasionally since, always when I was pushing the limits for weight or time.

I’m not sure that it’s a real problem - for all I know I could have kept pushing and lived with the deformation while PE’ing and it would have gone back to normal when I stopped, but I figured I wasn’t in all that much of a burning hurry, and there might be a big difference between deforming things for a few days vs. half a year or more. I’ll let someone else be the explorer there; when it happens to me, I just stop until it recovers.

Hey Andy thanks for your reply here. Yea after 7 days the deformation and pain were largely gone so I actually continued. So I’m doing the exact same thing as you really. I think it’s not worth it to keep pushing. If there’s one thing I learned from all this time, it would be that I need to stop immediately whenever there’s something wrong. Resting immediately will take a couple days or a couple weeks, but if the injury is worse, then the recovery will also be much longer. So it’s not worth it at all.

Here’s my past few days:
Oct 6: 1.1kg 6x10 min
Oct 7: 1.1kg 6x10 min
Oct 8: 1.1kg 6x10 min
Oct 9: 1.1kg 6x10 min
Here I decreased my weight a bit because I suspect that my previous week’s weight increase from 1kg to 1.25kg contributed to the slight bit of deformation. I also increased my frequency of breaks - I now do 10min max by default. Sometimes when I feel slight bit of pain I actually stop the rep immediately and break down the rep further. I now also place my infrared heat pad a bit lower to cover the chamber which will heat up the water in there because previously the water gets cold quickly when the heat pad is only covering the shaft. I suspect the cold water contributed to the deformation in the glans.

It doesn’t look like it’s growing. It’s a bit discouraging. I think I need to increase weight next week (Oct 21) to 1.4kg. Incrementing by 0.1kg is a bit too slow so next week I’ll add 0.2kg. My per rep is only 10 minute plus I take break immediately when there’s discomfort so adding this weight should be ok!
