Past couple days I’ve been trying to go for 20 min per session since stumbling across: More proof that long periods of hanging may be beneficial? (p. 27) I’m trying to go longer per period but taking it off once I feel discomfort. It’s roughly 15 min per session right now. Hopefully as I push for more it can increase.

Oct 29, 30 1.5kg 60 min. Here I switched to sitting (before was all standing), utilizing Total Man’s pulley system which I tie to my desk. It’s way better wow. Another instance of my laziness delaying the effectiveness of my efforts - I really should have done this switch earlier.

I’m going to push my weight to the level where stress reaches 0.10 MPa, then stay there for a couple months since that’s the recommended.

I’m not seeing much improvement in length. I feel like there’s something stubborn that’s not really stretching in length in the shaft. If anyone has some opinions here I’d really appreciate it.

Nov 8 1.7kg 1.5h -> I started compressing (like gripping it with my hand so it wraps harder) the heat pad so that heat from pad, which transfers successfully to the silicon sleeves, can then transfer better from the sleeves to my shaft. Previously I don’t think heat transfers well.
