Revamping The Genetics - Progress Report

Good to be here guys. I’ve been lurking here for roughly two months, getting inspired by all the posts and signatures. This place is quite magical since it’s giving me hope on getting bigger. So much so that whenever I catch myself looking down, I always say to myself “when hung”. For context, I’m Asian, so statistically speaking I’m genetically at a disadvantage. But I do have hopes that my journey here may change it.

I have to admit that unfortunately in my short time of 1.5 months attempting PE, I have not gained substantially, if at all. I started with the newbie routine. At the start, when I tried to fulfill the 200 reps, it would take up to 1hr as I have a little guy that very easily erects. I did that newbie routine for roughly 20-30 days or so. At the start I was jelqing at 80-90% erect (incorrectly, luckily I did not get injured) and it gave me some girth growth (it seems). Then after browsing the forum for a while, I came across the linear newbie routine.

I started doing the linear routine immediately without a break from the OG newbie routine, doing the pre- and post hot towel wrap. With the jelqs, I started at 50 jelq per day at roughly 30-70% erect. This week I’m at 70 jelq per day.

I’m roughly 15 days into the newbie routine, and so far my length has been the same compared to the start - at 13cm (5.12in) BPEL. Girth is at 11cm (4.33in). I think my girth actually grew a bit but I’m not 100% sure since I did not measure at the start.

My goal is 18cm BPEL and 14cm in mid-shaft girth. I do plan on continuing with the linear routine but since I’m not seeing any growth, I would love to receive some suggestions from fellow PEers. For example, should I continue with the 10 jelq increase per week? Should I try out some external equipment at the two months mark? What equipment should I try?

Hello Sir! Welcome! I am new here myself and have little experience doing PE. Currently, I am about 4.0” BPEL. My goal is to reach 7” BPEL. Whether this is achievable or not, I don’t know at this point. I am American, but guess my European genetics is holding me back. I wish you luck and success!

I have to disagree with both of you guys. Yes genetics play a role in size, perhaps ethnicity too, but it isn’t everything and even though you are asian and european (western I presume) you can still gain a lot and have the big cock you want. Of course you won’t be 2 ft BPEL and 1 ft MSEG, but I’m fairly confident you can get to 7” by 5” at least. But that takes time and that statement “I have been doing PE for 1.5 months and I haven’t gained substantially” tells me you are yet to find out how PE actually works. You won’t do PE for 3 months and suddenly wake up with a 10” x 7” cock between your legs. It takes years and some have been going for a decade or more. Heck, I don’t thing I gained anything in my first 6 months as well. Going back to genetics and race - I’m an eastern european and as far as I know all men in my family (extended family included) are of average size at best. Now you tell me, looking at my stats whether race and genetics matter that much again. The proof is in the pudding, you just have to stick around, listen to the old dogs and keep it consistent. Just for the love of god don’t come here, try something for 2 months and quit, because it didn’t worked out the way you wanted - your future self will be grateful for that.

There has no connection between ethnicity and gaining potential been shown.

I for example am white and my gain potential is below average. If that is the case, you cannot fool around but be very precise and do a close to optimal routine.

You can look into my thread but it is a bit of effort to understand everything. Most important is to use some heat from an infrared pad and maybe start hanging with LOW weights.

5cm of length is 100% attainable IF you are committed to training for 3 years maybe.

There is NO limit to what you can do man with patience and perseverance you will surpass that goal and probably go for something like 18-21cm!

I agree with JinnGB and CBateman. The ethnicity stereotypes placed on people are hard and untrue. And your background does not inhibit growth or gains. Only your dedication and ability to stay CONSISTENT!

I pretty much did anything I could pull off, such as pumping, hanging, manual exercises, extending… tell the last one of them to close the door. Like I said, I have described more in my thread but feel free to ask further questions, should you have any.

It’s been a year since I started this thread and I am actually just starting to hang so I wanted to post some update and some questions. I am 1 week into hanging. I’m trying to follow Blink’s Hanging 101 routine. My routine currently is:
5 min warm up using a hot gel pack
Hanging: trying to do 2 sets of 20 minutes, with 1.75lbs. When I hang I have one of those electric heater right in front of me.
5 min warm down

I’ve already gained probably half a cm but I’m also running into some questions:
- Wrapping is super difficult, but I’m getting better at it. How do people ensure that their gland is not accumulating too much blood? At the end of my set my gland is always blue and full of blood. I always need to get blood out of there manually.
- I had a small sharp pain in the left side of my shaft during my last set so I had to stop at the ten minute mark. My penis is naturally bending to the left and that set was stretching my left side quite a bit. Should I weigh down? Should I pay extra attention to how my penis is oriented during the set?
- I know people recommend starting with 2lbs but my penis actually feels borderline painful with 1.75lbs after 15 minutes, especially at the second set. I guess I should decrease my weight?
- I’ve seen people do “cool-down” after hanging. This is different from the beginner guide where the cooldown is actually a warm down. So I’ve been doing warm down. Is there going to be a massive difference?

Bib says to squeeze all the blood you can out of your glans while you’re tightening the hanger. You’ll see some swelling in the glans anyway, but not painful, and definitely not to the giant blue mushroom level. You should massage the glans between sessions to make sure all the stale blood has been flushed with fresh, oxygenated blood.

Wrapping is a hassle and it sucks. You’ll get better at it over time. There have been a few people who managed without a wrap; I’ve tried that and it’s definitely less comfortable, and you have to be careful not to get pinched by the hanger.

Something internal is being stretched. My advice would be to back off the weight until you feel a strong stretch, but not painful. Even if that’s down to 1 pound or less. When you stop feeling the discomfort, start bumping the weight up a bit at a time.

Thanks for your info good sir. I do massage the glans well that the swelling go away between sessions but it’s certain unsettling so I’ll make sure to squeeze the blood going forward. Should the hanger be real tight?

I’ll also lower the weights as well. Seems like 2lbs is too much then.

My glans now feel slightly painful after sex. I think it has to do with how my blood was accumulating at the glans during hanging. Any suggested actions good sirs? 🥲
