First of all, this is meant to be my personal journal but for the sake of being consistent and holding myself accountable I decided to start this thread.
I have previously done PE consistently 2 years ago with great success. My starting length was 7.25 inches BPEL and MSEG was 5.25 inches, during the 6-8 ish months that I did PE I was able to gain really well.

During my peak I had 8.0-8.25 inches BPEL and MSEG was 5.75. After this I have not done PE in 2 years, and my numbers have dropped somewhat.
Currently they are 7.6 inches BPEL and 5.5 MSEG. The first goal I have is to get back to my previous lenght which should not be that hard, I reckon 2 months of work
And ill be there and after that ill start chasin an 8.5-9 inches in BPEL I’m not worried about girth at the minute so I’m solely focusing on lenght for at least a year.

The second point in starting this was to increase EQ and reduce po*n consumption since it has become an issue the plan for this is that I only watch it when measuring BPEL every 2 weeks. The plan I have for growth is to start doing manual stretches daily 3-5 times a day in 5-10 minute sessions, and take measurement from BPSL and after I see reasonable growth there then measure BPEL.

After my initial ”muscle memory” gains slow down I plan to incorporate some hanging since I had really good gains from that in the past. I will be reporting stats here every 2 weeks

I see you started with great measures and have achieved high goals congratulations. I am glad that after the stoppage you have maintained much of your gains and that is encouraging and that you also have an increase in EQ. Ok so recap after two weeks, noobie gains have been good I have consistenly done manuals for 3-5 sets of 5-10 mins almost every day for two weeks.

I had to take couple of days off since I irritated some skin with all the strething but I’m good now. The gains I made are 0.35 inches to my BPSFL and 0.2 inches to my BPEL. So my measurements now are 8.3 inches BPSFL and around 7.75 BPEL. The goals for the next 2 weeks is to hit 8.5 BPSFL and 8 BPEL.

Update so I hit my old max of 8 BPEL and decided to change my goals a little bit. So the new goal is to hit 21-21.5 cm BPEL and after that just focus on maintaining and EQ, since I feel like that is enough that I can be satisfied and the most important thing for me is EQ since if I don’t have that it affects my length significantly so these are the new goals. But for now its still just about gaining length and after that all about EQ and few stretches to maintain.
