I started with 10 minutes of jelqing for 3 months and made a profit of (0.2). Then I added 10 minutes of stretching. Heating 10 minutes with hot cloths. Yeah, with the rookie routine, it was the last thing I did.

I am 19 years old.

Some recommendation, maybe some particular routine.
