When I get finished witha PE session i strap on the band as recommended here. I begin to notice my glans are getting cold in a matter of 30 mins.

My question is should I be worried?

30 minutes you say? That is normal, the more experienced you get with the wrapping the longer it takes to get cold. Just keep an eye on it. Really cold, really sucks, while a little cold is tolerable.

Yeah, and make sure you’re not wrapping too tightly, nor getting any pinch at where the non-velcro end wraps under the overlay; you can get a gnarly little blister if you let it pinch for too long.

If you’re wrapping with the Homedic TheraP band tightly at the base of your dick only, then you should wrap and unwrap at least every 20-30 minutes, shake out your dick or do some quick dryjelqs to restore good blood flow. Then rewrap and start again.

If you’re wrapping tightly around both your dick and ballsac, you can go for much longer , i.e. one hour or more, without having to unwrap.

You should be concerned and respond accordingly. It’s all about compression and keeping good blood flow to your dick during the process.
