Hi!

I’ve been PEing many almost an year without no (very little) progress. IS there person which could be like PT with PEing to me. Someone WHO would guide me If I do something wrong and can max My gains. I don’t care If it takes long But really almost 1 year PEing with this little gains IS sad. To Be honest My motivation has been gone last 2 months Cause of no progress and My PEing hasn’t been proper. I’m willing to try everything but I don’t have much privacy and I’m working everyday except Weekend. How can some people gain with newbie routine and I haven’t Even thought I added More exercises to that’s. Please help. I haven’t Lost all hope yet.

Truthfully I’m quite new myself, but I believe that there is a real science to this and that PE really does work. So don’t give up hope!

I guess as a fellow New bee (albeit, newer than you) I don’t really have a place to speak about the best way to get gains or really give any advice but I will say this; I tried PE over a year ago and dedication was one of the things I seriously lacked. This is just like any other kind of exercise, if you can’t stick to it and put the time into it, you will not see any results. I put three weeks into it and practically gave up, I’m now currently 4 weeks into following the newbee routine daily and just the amazing change in EQ is enough to convince me that this really does work for people.

So why didn’t it work for me before? Surely, even without dedication I would have seen some (<—I would italisize this if I knew how to on this forum) gains after three weeks, right? Well, a year ago I was in crap shape, a bit overweight and not physically fit at all and on top of that, I ate like a dumpster. Now, I’m on a super strict diet, bulking up and running every single day and have a whole array of stacks. Even before PE my circulation had vastly improved and I noticed a difference (that difference has definitely shown more a few weeks into the routine!). So, at least in my opinion, your body can only help you grow and get gains if you improve your personal health alongside it.

The only other advice I can give is just to stress the importance of the warming up via space heater or hot towel and the warming down afterwards, this makes a HUUUUUUUUUGE difference. It’s pointed out as one of the most important things in the original JP90 program but I can’t tell you how important it really is. Make sure to do it every single time you PE!

PS. About The Towel. Should it Be warmed again Every 30 seconds?

I tottaly understand you Hopefulpegainer. I’m not as far in as you, but almost 5 months in and also no gains. Keep on going, feel your body to figure out what works for you to find the right track. Don’t give up man! We will see gains soon enough.

I think the genetics is something very important, but what is your routine?

I’m doing PE ~4 months I gained ~2 cm.

I’m doing currently Newbie routine (10 min [1min hold]streches all directions + BTC and 20 min jelq)
Warn-ups too.
I also do some pee-pulls through day.

You got some serious gains man 💪nice!

So, how much time you did it? 1 month/ 2 months?

Hi,

I warm up with a rice sock. 5-10 minutes before stretching and 5 more minutes before wet jelq.

I’m also a newbie with one and a half moths, and I’m starting to grow.

I am in a 5 working days and 2 off.

Can’t tell you if it genetics or not, but try not to give up. Maybe you need to rest a month an restart again with newbie routine,. I’ve read some threads talking about resting a time and begin with good results.

use your PC muscle to pump blood for your dick, mannnnn is the best thing, trust me, it’s so good…

before you start PE, every section, hold your dick 5~10 seconds you will see what the best time for you, have just a condition your veins need to jump

After 1 year of PE you should add more stretching time, 10 mins is not enough. To have big gains you have to reach a specific total volume of work(time under tension).

Dont increase the intensity, just stretch for longer periods of time. Hold every stretch for 3 mins and stretch for 30 mins every day, with rest days.

Also my advice is to not give a shit about the stretch directions. Stretch only downward, is the most efficient direction. Keep the BTC stretch in your routine.

How can you gain length that much with only jelqing? That’s crazy! But congcrats man!
