Simply Begin
I’ve been aware of P.E. For many years. Every so often I come back and read progress reports and admire the progress many of you here have made. Every time I think “I wish I started x months ago” - and then return to complacency. I imagine if I started at any point from discovering Thunder’s up until today I would finally be happy with my member. So, no more regrets. No more wondering. Even if I see no results I will be content with the fact I tried. I will approach this with method, caution, and most importantly patience. My dream is to look back many months from now and relish how much I’ve grown. This is a marathon and one simply needs to begin.
Starting with basically the Newbie Routine for a month. 3 days on 1 day off. Measurements every 2 weeks. Sparse updates when I feel the need.
