Slow And Steady -- DatGhuy's Journey
My method:
I started on the extremely light side for a three sets of 50 dry jelqs and two sets of 30 second stretches. The whole purpose of this was to teach me patience and discipline before moving forward.
I decided to use reps and sets because of my bodybuilding background and I value quality over quantity. I understand some people do jelqs for time, but I’m sure I’d get lazy that way. I really hone in and make every jelq or second count in my exercises.

Dry Jelq: 3x100, 1x75
Stretch: 4x30, 1x10
EL: 6.45 - 6.5in
ELPB: 7in
EG: 4.875in
