AM Routine: 5/14/2020
5 min - pre-routine warm up with hot bath cloth
30 min - hanging 1lbs
5 min - post- routine warm wrap with hot bath cloth

Silicone tube to prevent turtling, silicone band around scrotum, entire package wrapped in cloth bag for warmth.

I was PEing years ago, newly re-motivated and getting back to it! Taking a different approach this time around. Slow and steady wins the race!

No PM routine last night (5/14/2020) due to bedroom extra curricular activities. I did put on my anti turtling sleeve afterwards. Erection was nice and full, but leaning towards the left which didn’t seem normal to me.

I have noticed the outer skin is sore and quite tender due to removing and re-positioning because of bathroom breaks. Hopefully my skin will toughen up a little and not be so susceptible to soreness.

I am investigating skin cell rejuvenation peptides and topic serums thinking this may speed up the healing process. If the healing process is sped up a little I would think greater gains can be made in a shorter period of time. I’m not trying to rush my growth, I’m just thinking through a new medical technologies to see if there are any viable options for improvement.

I’m continuing with working into a steady routine very slowly. No exercises yesterday. I spent 4 hours in my vacuum ADS with no pain but still minor skin irritation. Applied the ADS to the right side then between the cheeks which turned out to be rather comfortable. I kept on the anti-turtling silicone sleeve all day and all night.

I’ve been really happy with what I’m see after wearing it. I took it off before I got in the shower and it stayed nice and elongated while it was flaccid. Normally it would have crawled back in it’s turtle shell but I think it’s starting to heal and get used to the constant state of being forced to stay elongated. This is a huge win in my book and something that I really wanted even with out length or girth gains.

My wife did comment that my penis felt thicker and fuller last night, don’t know if it really does feel that way or not. I’ll take the positive feedback. I think it’s probably getting back to where it was when I was PEing years ago. I look forward to working out today, but again I’ll be taking it easy.

Wore my silicone sleeve all day. Did not have a AM workout. Decided for the first few weeks that one workout a day is enough.

PM Workout:

5 mins - pre-routine warm up with hot bath cloth.
30 mins - hanging 1lbs at different angles. Down and straight out, which was tricky, I had to get on all 4’s….looked pretty strange like I was about to be mounted. The wife and I had a good laugh about this one.
5 mins - light jelqing
5 mins - Pump
5 mins - light clamping. Didn’t push too hard, no pain.
5 mins - post- routine warm wrap with hot bath cloth
Applied aloe vera post workout
Silicone sleeve afterwards

I did have one spot on the underside base of my shaft that created a hickey and I’m not sure what caused that. Pretty decent session, no pain but skin is still tender from the taking to sleeve on and off and the workout.

I doubt anyone is reading this log, which I’m ok with, this is really about me logging my sessions, tracking results and seeing what adjustments need to be made. Hope this helps with knowing what I have been doing and if I need to increase or decrease tension, frequency and variance of workout.

I have decided I won’t do the same thing everyday. In the past I have tugged only, ADS only, pumped on and a combination of multiple items. I have seen results, but minimal due to inconsistency. I think this go around I will play with the routine but continue to do something everyday. If I know I can’t workout I’ll only use the ADS or wear my ESL40 vacuum seal cone. At a bare minimum, there will be some type of weight and elongation. I’ve read so many conflicting post on this forum I can see how a newbie would get confused. That’s why I have decided to listen to my body and record how my body feels and how it reacts to the stimulus. This is a major lesson I learned from my past experience with PEing.

I have decided on 8x6.5 as my goal, but I’m contemplating scaling that down and making that the longer term goal. 7x6 is probably more realistic, but I can get 8x6.5 out of my head. I guess the best thing to so is put in the work and see what happens and then I can decided where I want to take this. Soooo…short term goal 7x6, long term goal 8x6.5. The only problem with 7 as the length goal….I only need to add 1/2 an inch, which is not near long enough.

Wore the ABS for about 3 hours. No real workout today, just my silicone sleeve and my ESL40 vacuum seal cone. It actually adds a nice amount of weight that allows for full extension and no retraction.

EQ seems to be down a little, it seemed a little difficult to stay fully erect. I’m sure that’s due to the new stress that’s being placed on the shaft.

Slow and Easy wins the race…

About the same as yesterday. I kept my anti-turtling sleeve on, with my vacuum seal cone. I have to keep it elongated as much as possible and I’m starting to notice it isn’t shrinking as much as normal during the short amount of time I have it off. I completed about 30 jelqs last night just to get the blood flowing.

I know it’s early in, but I can already start to see my penis is looking fuller while flaccid and is thinker while erect. I’m not going to measure for the first few months just so I can see if there is any progress, I think I was obsessed with measuring before. I think it messes with your psyche if there’s work being put in and no growth. Honestly, I know I’ll measure at the one month mark….I’m too curious plus I want to know if my slow and easy approach is working.

Anti-turtling sleeve worn all day. I wore 3 of my weighted rings today for about 30 minutes, they provided a pretty decent stretch. I completed about 30 jelqs and my penis was nice and full afterwards..STAY THAT WAY LITTLE FELLA!!!

I might add in an evening session so I can pump then clamp. I now have a 2.5lbs ZEE Hanger weight I might try out tonight if I have time. Slow and easy has kept me from getting sore or too fatigued. I will say, my EQ was’t great last night. It started out nice, but the quality eventually subsided and it was full, but not rock hard. I’ll attribute that to all the new extra stress.
