Stalled Gains after 7 Months of PE

I have made some gains with PE, but my gains have begun to stall. I started of at 6.125, and ended up at about 6.7 after 4.5 months of PE and have no gained since. My routine was doing manual stretching straight out, down, and left and right under my leg for an hour while sitting down in my bed. I would apply heat once before I started fir 5 min. I didn’t do them while standing because my penis would always get hard and my if I did that. I tried doing some bundled stretching for a month to try to break out of my plateau, but haven’t had any luck yet. I have taken 3 weeks off so far to decon. How much longer should I decon and what manuals (can’t get any devices) should I use to start gaining length again?

Straight-out stretching, in my experience, doesn’t do much. I recommend adding a fulcrum.

Sounds like you exhausted your “newby gains.”

The first few months of gains are bountiful, while you’re more of less unfurling existing tissues to maximize your natural potential.

Now the long haul begins. After those first couple months, gains are slow and difficult to appreciate if you measure too often.

Personally, I’m in favor of mechanical stretching (extending or hanging) to move forward. It seems to me that as you become conditioned, stretching requires durations of stress which are impractical for manual exercise.

You might also consider pumping to help solidify the gains you have.

2024: BPEL: 7.50" x MSEG: 5.30"/19.0cm x 13.5cm.

Advice on New Manual routine

Hello. I recently stalled agining after going from 6.125->6.7 in length in 7 months so I took a month off and began a new routine. This is my routine for length:
5 min dick in hot water warm up
5 min modified jelq (70% erection level, go an inch up from the base and hold)
5 min Slow Squash Jelq
5 min straight out (two sets)
6 min straight down (two sets)
2 min left
2 min right
10 minutes of V stretches
10 minutes of Inverted V stretches
3 sets of JAI stretches

I do another 3 JAI stretches throughout the day and fowfers when I sit. I have been doing the routine for 6 days and have noticed alot higher erection quality so far. Any suggestions for improvements (I can only do manuals right now).
