If your routine has consisted only of light jelqing and an ADS then perhaps you should consider a change of routine.
There are many more advanced routines waiting in the wings.
So it might - in the first instance- be worth having a look at the Tutorials Forum where you cans see various other exercises, which might fit in with your situation where you live.
It also depends on how light your jelqing is .Although we recommend you start off jelqing with a light grip it may be, you need a liiile more pressure. But that depends entirely on whether your unit can take more energy applied to it.
If you think you have reached the limit in pressure that your dick can tolerate, then some other exercises which involve more pressure may not be ideal. In whish case, perhaps trying a pump would be a help, as even with light vacuum gains can be registered.
So do have a look round and, of course don’t hesitate to ask questions if you have any doubts or want more information.
