I had a little experience with jelqing in the past, I don’t remember exactly, but I feel like at some point I felt my erection was weak and decided to stop. I had this contact with some e-books that I read, I was curious but still apprehensive, recently I remembered and decided to do some research again.

I am between 6.5" and 6.7" NBP and between 7.2" and 7.48" BP in length. With a circumference of 5.27" at the thickest part, which is the middle, I didn’t measure the base or the glans.
The variation occurs due to the level of stimulation. I have a lot of difficulty maintaining a 100% erection, which is also one of my goals to improve, although it doesn’t happen as much when I’m with my girlfriend. I’ve cut down a lot on pornography, but sometimes I end up relapsing, once every 2/3 weeks, but mainly when I go to measure it, because I have difficulty stimulating myself on my own. I don’t know if that’s the cause, but I also intend to stop watching it completely.

My girlfriend says she thinks my penis is big. I’ve said a few times how I don’t think it’s big, and she’s always shown that she disagrees with me, but this is an internal competition. I compare myself to my friends who say and even offer photos to prove that they have a concrete 8" or 7,5", in addition to comparing them to those I’ve seen on the internet.

I found this forum by luck, and it seems to be one of the best things I’ve ever found. I’ve been looking at the photos for a few days now. Topics and I am convinced of the effectiveness and the possible problems that can occur. Exploring here I realize that my past problem almost certainly occurred because of the wrong way I did it, because I saw purple spots and even so I didn’t stop, the experience lasted 1 week.

I will start with the beginner’s guide, warming up, stretching, 200 jelqs, and kegels for 2 months, very calmly, respecting my body, and lubricating correctly.

I will update every 3 months, I apologize for my English, I don’t master it completely and my native language is not one of the main ones on the site. I accept tips from veterans, I intend to go all the way with this.

Goal: consistent 8" 6" NBP

Remember that reliable sources consider 7.5” and 8” well above the average sized dick.

It would be a good idea to read through the Beginners Forum. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Thank you Warren, although it is not an exact measurement, I will use it because of my problem with maintaining 100% erection, any size above 7.48" or 7.48" BP consistently, it will be a big improvement for me
