Starting again after a long break

So early 2017 i did a few weeks of the newbie routine but I was not being consistant with my workout.

So routine: 5 min warmup, 30 seconds stretches in all directions. 50x jelqs, increasing five every week. Warm up 5 mins.

So for the past two weeks i have been using the ball zinger, every night, except for a few days

The monday following i should start my actual workout for PE.

EG: 4.5
EL: 5.2”

Long term goals: EG: 5”+ EL: 8”

Although my short term goal is to hit EL: 6” and EG: 5”

You can get there. Use a smart plan and condition yourself for the long haul.

Planning to in three months considering clamps but at first use the newbie routine as best as i can. Any particular tips that you could tell me?

Use constant heat. It really made a big difference for me.
