I’m back! As you’d probably imagine, I did not really follow much more the routine after my post. However, I recently bought an LA pump and some of totalman’s product (heat pad + vacuum hanger) and I have started to hang a bit. I’ll do some pumping after I feel I’ve gotten a solid amount of newbie gains or ligament gains. Following Longevity Leo’s advice, I’ll probably wait 2 maybe 3 months to get them, but I’ll first see if I am getting results, lol. (I know people go at this for years, but if I get the bulk of my gains (70%?) upfront, I’d be more than happy to just stay there)
First week I did 3 days of 20-30 min starting of with 1.5lb, and then I built up to daily on this third week of around 1hr hanging each with 2.5lb. To warm up, I put a heat pad for 5-10min, and do a little bit of movement to be a bit more than just completely flacid (nowhere near hard. I just found that helped me stay tight on the vacuum). I will continue to be consistent and track my progress. Looking back at my post I’m surprised that I am actually bigger than before, but my ruler is flexible so it’s definitely not an ideal measurement. Anywho, it’d be a matter of milimeters, I don’t think I can cheat myself into believing I gained a cm or even worse, an inch.
My initial measurements were the following, but assume a probable initial point up to 2-3mm smaller lol:

My current ones are: (I tried to not bend the ruler, but you know, the ego gets in the way sometimes. I think I’ll buy a solid one. Plus, there’s about 0.5cm before it starts the measurement count so I’ll cut myself some slack with that.)

Soo maybe a bit of gains already! I’ll probably not measure the rest as I don’t expect to gain much girth or care much about the flacid length. I’ve been measuring the stretched one daily though. I think it’s probably a good proxy of whether I am doing too much or not. About the erect length, it’s a bit of a pain getting a 100% erection just for that. So, I’ll likely do it once a week, running the risk of it being a bad day and not getting as hard or just general, random variation. I might do the other measurements every month or at the end of my hopefully, 2-3 month run. I have my own room and quite a bit of privacy, finally, so I want to take advantage of that. I’ll figure out how I’ll do it once I come back home on december.
Anyways, some other more subjective results were that I think I am getting more night woods and general libido -though I believe because of my focus on PE it might be expected, and not actual good signs. I’ve also been working on my social interactions and have been getting couple of dates and hook ups here and there. (pat myself in the back!)-, my penis is also a bit red, especially right after the session, and the day after probably a bit darker, there seems to be more skin or folding of it, and I generally can feel a bit of soreness for a couple of hours.
Couple of questions:
The first few sessions I felt what I assume was the skin stretching (some have described it as a burning sensation, and I think that’s fair) and also some deep stretch. Lately, I’ve been noticing more of only the deep stretch. I am also trying to work on not letting it twist as at first I’d just let it fall in its natural course. Is this a big deal? It’s a bit of a pain to be holding it in position and making sure it stays that way for a while.
I also noticed that (it’s a bit hard to explain) but I can move my body or relax it in such a way that the stretch feels stronger (I’ve been bodybuilding for a while, so I think I’ve become pretty aware of my body and how to ‘maximize’ stimulus. And I think I’m on the right track.) Has anyone experienced this? And what are your thoughts on it?
Finally, it’s inconsistent, but I sometimes turtle and to different extents. Can this affect anything? And if so, how can I avoid it? Right after taking the tape off I try to get hard and get some blood flow and here and there touch myself to keep it not as flacid, but if I stretch in the morning I just can’t do much about it once I go out, lol (I stretch in the morning or afternoon whenever I believe I won’t have the chance to do it at right or if I know I’ll get home too late). I also try to wear loose underwear at night, especially if I stretch right before.
