Hey, everyone.

I had seen about PE for some time on and off, but never tried it for more than 1-2 weeks. However, this time I feel like I’m ready to be consistent and get them ungodly gainz. Yesterday, I did some measurements and they are:

04/09/2021
BPEL: 15.5 cm
NBPEL: 14.8 cm
MSEG: 11.0 cm

BPFL: 11.5 cm
NBPFL: 10.3 cm
MSFG: 9.0 cm

Although I don’t have a definite goal yet, some nice round numbers that I would strive for are BPEL: 20cm and MSEG: 15 cm. Do these seem reasonable? I feel like my girth is especially lagging, but, from what I’ve heard, it’s easier to start with length.

From experience, I know that it will be hard to stick to a routine, especially a long one. I can’t see myself doing one of more than ten minutes, or at least at the moment. So, just to build a habit, I will do a stretch in each direction for 30s each day. In my mind, this doesn’t seem like much and I find that creating a routine helps me transform it into a habit, but, does it sound reasonable? I’ll probably add more things as weeks pass by, but I wanted to start with stretches as they seemed the most intuitive and easy to do.

Also, my goal is to update this biweekly with a progress report, so, if you are interested you can follow it. I’d also like to know the progress of others and what they did, so it’d be nice if you could also post that.

Going from 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) to 20 cm (7.87 inches) can be done, but just know that this will take some time. Keep us updated with your Progress Report. Welcome to TP.

Thanks for the motivating words. I was thinking that maybe for the first months every two weeks is reasonable but that probably I will slow it down once I finish up my newbie gains. I was wondering if I should count flacid length progress that seriously, I feel like, at least in my case, it can fluctuate greatly. I will still measure it up just for the sake of having the data though. Also, is it okay to comment with my progress or should I edit up my initial one?

Yes just add new posts with progress updates to this thread. Most guys have their own progress reports and will post their updates there. Some may share their information with you here, more commonly when there are similarities between you and them.

Some observations..
Well, it looks like my flacid measurements got smaller, but I still think it can vary greatly so I will not pay much attention to it. Besides, and the part I am somewhat amazed by, it looks like I might have made some erect gains of around 0.5cm or 1/5 inch. I tried to do three measurements and do it two days in a row and get the average. I will continue to do this along the way. I feel like at least I reduce some error this way.

About my experience, it might be some sort of placebo, but I did feel a slight difference in size. Still, no noticeable bad things: discoloration, redness, itchiness, pain, decrease in EQ, etc. Only for around 2-3 hours I felt some very slight pain and a bit of redness for a few minutes, but nothing lasted. This is to be expected, though, right?

While doing the stretches (which I did for five minutes daily), I noticed that if I used my other hand to pull from the mid shaft, I would get an even better stretch. What do you all think of this, is it a good idea to put even more force? I felt like it worked better that way, but I can’t be sure.

Finally, I feel completely healed by the next day, so I was wondering if perhaps adding slowly through time another session might be wise. I will not do it until my gains have stalled and if I decide to do so, I will in a slow, progressive way. Another option could be to simply extend the duration of the session. Which one do you all think is better? (Again, it’s for later, I will not mess with my routine for a while) I was also curious about the differences between stretching and hanging. Do they have different concepts behind them or is hanging simply a longer stretch?

It feels a bit discouraging not to get any interaction but I guess it’s fine, haha. I’ll still try to make the reports as I believe they might help me to stay consistent.

So, 0.3 cm more length than last week. That’s really cool! In total it’s almost 0.8 cm or 1/3 in. Hopefully, by the month mark I’ll have around 0.5 in more.

I think I’ve been having more erections than normally as well as a bit more libido, but I can’t say anything for certain. Also, when it’s erect, it looks the same color, but I never took close notice of how it looked flacid. It’s normal for it to look darker, right? I’m assuming from all the skin piled up in a smaller space.

I want to try to add a set this week. I feel comfortable with two and I wonder if it will help. I’ll take special notice of any potential downside and stop if I feel like anything’s going wrong.

A question or questions which are part of a long progress report can sometimes either be overlooked or may be seen as rhetorical questions. If you are seeking an answer then one option is to place all the questions at the end of your progress update and make it clear they are questions you are seeking responses to. Another option is to list the questions in a separate post.

The point is to make sure they stand out as questions.

Yes it is common for your penis to be a little darker after a session. It will go back to normal in a few hours. I first thought this was more of a rhetorical question or maybe a low priority type but will answer it in case it isnt.

And I had just talked about being consistent, lol. Soo, I failed. I stopped doing it after around a week after my last report, but hopefully I will continue this week but now I’m willing to follow the proper newbie routine. I felt something weird when stretching, like if I had pulled off something and got kind of scared. It didn’t affect anything from what I could notice, but made me more cautious and I believe also made me just stop after a few days haha. Question: have any of you experienced that and, should I be concerned? (Just to clarify, this was around a month ago :^) )

But getting back to topic. I’ve done my first two sessions and today is my break. From the first day, I’ve noticed I’ve been getting some really hard erections, so I’m feeling hopeful. Another question, would it be fine if I did 2 days on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off? I know it’s says 2 and 1, but I’d like to make it routinely so that it fits the same way in my week.

Start slow and use the 2 on 1 off. The purpose is to get conditioned.

If you’re not feeling any negative side affects after the incident, I wouldn’t worry too much.

Make sure you’re using constant heat and stay consistent.

Thank you! I’ll try to make an update by the start of next week. I had never done the kegels and I must say it was harder than expected. I even got a bit sore after one of the sessions so I guess I’m getting ‘em urethra hypertrophy gains too lol.

I have also stopped watching porn as I felt it was damaging my psyche. I wasn’t an addict (or maybe I am, I don’t really know what’s normal) but I used to watch it once or twice a week. I also noticed that I have a harder time getting and maintaining erections if I’m not watching it, so I’d like to see if stopping will help too.

How would you recommend me to get the heat and what purpose does it serve? I’ve actually been partially ignoring this part. I thought that maybe because I did exercise/cardio before the session and thus raised my body temperature, that somewhat fulfilled the purpose but I have no idea.

One last thing, how permanent are the gains? I find that it is a bit time consuming and from what I’ve heard, the trend is that gains slow down significantly after the beginning stage, so I was wondering if maybe after gaining some size I could consider just leaving it or doing some smaller maintenance work.

Progress Report 07/10/2021

No news, BPEL: 16.0cm, MSEG: 11.0cm. A bit of digression since last time but I guess it is to be expected because of the short time I did it plus the leave of around a month. Still, it’s larger than the initial ones.

I tried warming up for the past two sessions and I can definitely see why it would be recommended. I instantly felt more blood flow, a bit of vascular dilation, less ‘discomfort’ when doing the stretches, and well, overall, more flexibility/ability to stretch. Even during the jelqs I could notice the difference. I will continue to do it from now on. For now, I have been wetting a small towel and putting it in the microwave for around 20-30s. It gets pretty hot so I decided to cover it with another towel for the first minute I use it and then remove it and continue for around 2 more. That’s as much as the warmth of it lasts, but at least it’s better then nothing. Does someone have any recommendation for this, or maybe just what are your prefer methods?

It might sound ignorant, but I just want ease of mind: there’s no issue with microwaving it and then putting it on the skin, right? I was also wondering if there could be any impact in like testosterone or sperm count as I remember once reading a study that highlighted some benefits of cooling of the testes. Still, I know that it’s for a very short span while for the benefits of cooling, a prolonged one was required so there might not be anything to that.

Got any comments on the porn thing I mentioned earlier or individual experiences? I would really appreciate some feedback. So far I think it’s been two weeks. I have definitely been tempted, but overall, I have been able to distract myself. I still masturbate, just not with it.

Progress Report: 07/18/2021

BPEL: 16.0 cm
MSEG: 11.2 cm

This week there was no measurable progress either in length, but I think I gained around 0.2 in girth, which was unexpected and potentially a measuring error or fluke. I will see next week. I continued to use heat and the rest stayed the same, so I kept noticing the benefits of the heat I had mentioned and also that it was easier to maintain a higher level of erection during the jelqs (Maybe this increased my girth, assuming it actually increased: doing jelqs with a higher erection, as I noticed this was mentioned in the exercise explanations). I have also noticed that maybe my penis is a bit more veinier, but to the very least, it feels that way, like as it had more protruding veins. And another thing, I feel like my penis hangs a bit longer and fuller throughout the day. It used to vary a lot, but now I believe it stays that way for a longer time.

Also, this was my third week of no porn. I have still continued to masturbate around twice a week, but now without it. In regards to effects, pretty much I just miss it and from time to time think about it. I do not think it has had any impact in my energy, the way I feel, gym performance, etc. Though it’s probably too soon or maybe too small to detect for now.

I hadn’t payed much attention to it, but I do not really get many erections during the day nor morning/night woods. Unless I actively try to have erotic thoughts and do any sort of rubbing, I do not really get many. Maybe 1-2 in the day and at night I can’t know besides the times where I wake up and don’t normally have one. The problem is, I am not sure if I have always been like that. I was wondering if I should consider lowering or increasing the PE sessions/intensity, or just wait a few more weeks before trying to conclude anything.

I’m back! As you’d probably imagine, I did not really follow much more the routine after my post. However, I recently bought an LA pump and some of totalman’s product (heat pad + vacuum hanger) and I have started to hang a bit. I’ll do some pumping after I feel I’ve gotten a solid amount of newbie gains or ligament gains. Following Longevity Leo’s advice, I’ll probably wait 2 maybe 3 months to get them, but I’ll first see if I am getting results, lol. (I know people go at this for years, but if I get the bulk of my gains (70%?) upfront, I’d be more than happy to just stay there)

First week I did 3 days of 20-30 min starting of with 1.5lb, and then I built up to daily on this third week of around 1hr hanging each with 2.5lb. To warm up, I put a heat pad for 5-10min, and do a little bit of movement to be a bit more than just completely flacid (nowhere near hard. I just found that helped me stay tight on the vacuum). I will continue to be consistent and track my progress. Looking back at my post I’m surprised that I am actually bigger than before, but my ruler is flexible so it’s definitely not an ideal measurement. Anywho, it’d be a matter of milimeters, I don’t think I can cheat myself into believing I gained a cm or even worse, an inch.

My initial measurements were the following, but assume a probable initial point up to 2-3mm smaller lol:

Soo maybe a bit of gains already! I’ll probably not measure the rest as I don’t expect to gain much girth or care much about the flacid length. I’ve been measuring the stretched one daily though. I think it’s probably a good proxy of whether I am doing too much or not. About the erect length, it’s a bit of a pain getting a 100% erection just for that. So, I’ll likely do it once a week, running the risk of it being a bad day and not getting as hard or just general, random variation. I might do the other measurements every month or at the end of my hopefully, 2-3 month run. I have my own room and quite a bit of privacy, finally, so I want to take advantage of that. I’ll figure out how I’ll do it once I come back home on december.

Anyways, some other more subjective results were that I think I am getting more night woods and general libido -though I believe because of my focus on PE it might be expected, and not actual good signs. I’ve also been working on my social interactions and have been getting couple of dates and hook ups here and there. (pat myself in the back!)-, my penis is also a bit red, especially right after the session, and the day after probably a bit darker, there seems to be more skin or folding of it, and I generally can feel a bit of soreness for a couple of hours.

Couple of questions:
The first few sessions I felt what I assume was the skin stretching (some have described it as a burning sensation, and I think that’s fair) and also some deep stretch. Lately, I’ve been noticing more of only the deep stretch. I am also trying to work on not letting it twist as at first I’d just let it fall in its natural course. Is this a big deal? It’s a bit of a pain to be holding it in position and making sure it stays that way for a while.

I also noticed that (it’s a bit hard to explain) but I can move my body or relax it in such a way that the stretch feels stronger (I’ve been bodybuilding for a while, so I think I’ve become pretty aware of my body and how to ‘maximize’ stimulus. And I think I’m on the right track.) Has anyone experienced this? And what are your thoughts on it?

Finally, it’s inconsistent, but I sometimes turtle and to different extents. Can this affect anything? And if so, how can I avoid it? Right after taking the tape off I try to get hard and get some blood flow and here and there touch myself to keep it not as flacid, but if I stretch in the morning I just can’t do much about it once I go out, lol (I stretch in the morning or afternoon whenever I believe I won’t have the chance to do it at right or if I know I’ll get home too late). I also try to wear loose underwear at night, especially if I stretch right before.

Holy crap!

As I had mentioned, after hanging, to take my tape off I would usually also play around a bit with it and achieve a solid erection. However, I had been noticing something very surprising. I just felt wayy bigger. And I would do a pseudo measurement with my hands and it definitely pointed out at it being the case. So, a couple of days ago I measured myself and yeah! I actually was 7in!! That was pretty unbelievable.

Something to keep in mind though is that I bought a new ruler that doesn’t bend and also has the starting point very close to where it starts. The other one had almost a 0.5cm (~0.2in) gap. So, my previous measurements should be taken with a grain of salt. One can assume them to be up to 0.2in bigger than they actually were. Having said that, it is possible that my bending of the ruler kinda compensated it as I tried both measurements and I did get virtually the same values. And I also feel much bigger. So, I definitely believe I grew. I know a lot of people mention taking pictures and having them as comparison but I am not comfortable with that, hahaha.

Now about the reporting, it’s been around a week since my last measurement. I did the hanging this past week with 2.5lb (I will keep doing 1 hour a day) and I will do this next one with 2.75lb. I was still feeling some nice stretch but thought it’d be good to slightly increase it and avoid some sort of stagnation or diminishing returns. I am officially starting my third week of daily hanging. Here are my measurements:

BPEL - 17.3cm ~ 6.8in
FSL - 18.1cm ~ 7.1in

So, two things to notice. I guess it makes sense, but I hadn’t considered it. My penis is larger right after hanging, and I actually "proved" it to myself within the session. I measured myself after hanging and those were the results yet again. On the other hand, the flacid stretch length was similar after the hanging -around a 0.1-0.2cm or 0.05-0.1in increase. I usually check the stretched before and after, and that’s pretty consistent. Finally, the other thing is that my flacid stretched length really increased! So, I am either hoping the erect will catch up, or continue to expect an increasingly bigger disparity while both trend upwards. It could also be constant. Who knows, maybe I can expect to gain around twice as much flacid stretched as erect. Has anyone’s experience supported this?

One last thing. My penis is very sensitive now, lol. I inconsistently could last long sometimes, but usually with oral I wouldn’t last much if I was very into it. Now, however, I feel like I just can’t last long, hahaha. Since I am hanging daily too, it’s probably always in the middle of recovering so I don’t get to experience my normal sensitivity. It’s fine though. If my gains continue to trend upwards, I won’t complain. Also, while dieting idk, I would either have less libido or just my body wouldn’t prioritize sexual functions, so that helped. I am done with the diet though soo not much to do about that. I am also not really masturbating other than the ‘cleaning’ of the tape. I don’t know how this affects my endurance though.

Finally, one last little comment. While she was initiating the oral and I was pulling down my underwear. My penis got ‘stuck’ on it and it just sprung out and I felt huge! She also seemed to really get into it as she gave a sort of chuckle and bit her lip. So, who knows, maybe I’ll continue to do it ‘accidentally.’
