Stretching should be done completely flaccid, although 10% erection if it happens accidentally is OK. Use toilet paper for aiding grip and concentrate half your time on stretching straight down and either side of straight down, the other half of your time on other angles.

Increase your jelqing a little each week if you feel you need to and are not gaining. I don’t think you should double your sessions up; really you should not be doing any more than you need to - you should only ever increase what you are doing if you are not gaining at all.

The thing is, that me erection angle is 11 o’clock, which I like, and I’m not stretching down, so that I don’t lose my angle. Are my thoughts incorrect?

Stretching down may decrease your erection angle a little, but it is most efficient for length and ‘hang’. Your choice. :)

Week 5 is now over. The routine is still the same. I wanted to increase intensity a little, but due to time issues I will stay with this routine until the first measurement day on 23rd of december (the second month anniversary). I continue to feel good, the EQ is very good and a positive thing I have noticed is that I almost never shrink, which was not the case beforehand.

I want to ask a question, not about technique or routine, but kinda motivation related question:
Is it normal that I doubt the gains, which sometimes I think I see? Is it a normal thing to not be able to see them because of the fact, that you look at your dick every day?

Yes. It’s like visiting a friend you haven’t seen for a while and his kids have grown 6” taller - you notice, but they see their kids every day and never get that “wow, haven’t they grown” feeling. Even when you hit your goals, you will still need the tape/ruler to tell you how much you’ve grown, because it will still look the same size to you. :)

Week 7 is over. I started to feel stretches very good, I like it. My measurement is at 23rd. Same routine.

I like the idea of hanging so I wanted to ask when it’s advisable to start hanging, after how many months?

Probably the best way to gauge when it’s a good time to hang is when you’ve exhausted gains from manual methods. It’s always a shame to go from something that’s working to something that may or may not.

I couldn't believe...

After week 8 was over, I took my first measurement. Well I was pretty surprised to see that I have actually made some pretty obvious gains. The last couple of weeks I wasn’t feeling that I’m gaining, but after shaving my cock after 3 weeks, it appeared bigger than ever! After taking the ruler I realized that I have gained something around 0.35 in EL! (I would say almost 0.4, but feel better to round it to 0.35, so that I’m sure that I’m not measuring incorrect)… I still can’t believe it somehow thought, but it’s impossible for me to measure that incorrect, pre-PE it was hard to measure 5.9 NBPEL, now I measure almost 6.3 NBPEL, which is pretty much a big difference. Also I can actually feel it bigger after shaving. I think I have gained some girth as well, although I don’t think my measurement is 100% correct, but the important thing is, that I can feel it as well. My EQ is great, rock hard erections and I get morning woods more often. One of the best positive PI’s is that I have never shrunk for the past two months! Really! Pre-PE I used to shrink a lot, almost every day. Now I get smaller sometimes, but never get that feeling that my dick is willing to hide inside my body! Let’s make something like a official update

Took full 2 week decon break, because I was at my family’s house and couldn’t normally PE due to privacy issues. Starting back tomorrow with more intensive routine!

Week 1 after the break is over. Nothing special, just went to 150 jelqs with around 10 minutes of stretching for most of the workouts. Really think I need to increase the amount of jelqs and time for stretching.

Week 2 after the break, week 10 in total, is over! I have increased the number of jelqs and the time for stretching. I have 200 jelqs and around 13-20 minutes stretching per session. I think it works great for me, feels like growing. EQ is very good, nothing changed, so I think I’m in the right direction!

Week 3 after the break is over! Nothing to mention, 150-250 jelqs, 15-20 minutes of stretching, good EQ, good flaccid hang. I’m going to measure after a week, hope I have gained, couldn’t say from now…

It’s great to hear that after 2 months You gained so much, it motivates me damn much, congrats !
Hope one day I could write the same that PE worked, having hard start, nothing seems to be changing for more then a day, technique problems probably.

I took my second measurement and I can happily share that I have recorded some further gains! The rest of the feedback is the same as the last time. Official update:

Starting stats on 23.10.13:
>> NBPEL - 5.9”
>> Mid girth - 5.1”

Now 03.02.14:
>> NBPEL - 6.45
>> Mid girth - 5.25”

Total gains:
>> Length gain - 0.55”
>> Girth gain - 0.15”

So for the last 4 weeks I have gained 0.2” EL (actually it is a little bit more I think) and now I’m almost 6.5 NBPEL!

Where do you think is the bound between average and big? At what size do you think I could be considered big? It would be great motivation to be in that category and I’m waiting for a feedback from my new girlfriend, it would be great pleasure to hear a compliment!

Thanks for all of the motivation and help! Will take couple of days rest, 2-3-4, and will make further. I think I felt how to increase intensity for maximum gains.

My real goal is 7.1 NBPEL x 5.5 MG, which means 0.65” more in length and 0.25” in girth. I have not gained any girth for the last month (may be a little, but nothing that could be properly measured), but will focus on that later on… Then I will go for 7.5 NBPEL x 6 MG, which would be my last goal, so I hope will be there, wish me luck!
