Stretching 3-6 hours a Day
Hey Guys,
I been hanging 7.5 lbs for about 3 weeks 6 days a week. I definitely feel the stretch, but also, I definitely have noticed gains. For one, When flaccid I hang lower and longer than before I don’t shrink up or how you say “turtle”. Secondly, My erect length is a tiny bit longer. I have a notice slight reduction in the firmness of my erections, however, it is no problem at all because I take Cialis and am still very hard. And, I’m pretty sure the Cialis is helping me recovery seeing as my dick is constantly getting hard from the slightest arousal ( EG porn , women , thoughts ) and is bringing fresh blood in and out of my dick all day.
Future plans
Keep stretching 3-8 hours a day with 7.5 lbs in weight ( maybe increase or decrease time and weight depending on pain, intuition, and/or advice )
Possibly injections of hcg, HGH, and/or IGF-1 under the skin of my dick or right into it (I have seen porn video of men injecting saline although I have friends that have injected HGH directly into there muscles and experienced a lot of pain so I need more input/educated advice on that one)
Sooner or later I will probably go for filler injection ( they say they can add 2 inches , that would make a 5 inch guy almost as thick as a can of pop )

Not sure where I started I did light hand pulling when I was 24 -25 and took a lot of HGH. I definitely gained from this however I never measured back then. I was probably 5 inch give or take. Now I am 7.5 long doing a “pelvic bone press measure” If thats how you call it.

I hope 2 years but would be happy if I hit my goal in 4 ( has anyone seen or do they believe the gains reported on “zen hanger.com” , some being as high as 2.1 inches in 12 months)
