Hey guys! Back posting after a long time, anyways, I’m slowly returning to PE, purchased a pump and all, but lately have been doing only stretches and I feel its been giving me some progress, after I stretch my penis has a nice heavy hang to it, its longer and it stays that way throughout the day, anyone else experiences the same?

I am a newbie, but I’ve already tried the BM x30 for a few months and all kinds of manual exercises. I get the best hang from the newbie routine (which includes stretching). Also, one of the biggest “contributors” to my hang was the reduction of masturbation to twice a week (I have a 1 on 2 off schedule, so I usually masturbate on my workout days). As for sex, I do not currently limit myself in that aspect - the reasons being: 1. Who doesn’t like sex? 2. I’ve never observed any shrinkage/turtling/less hang after sexual intercourse. In fact, I’ve observed the opposite.

That’s nice, but do you get a nice effect from stretching? Or do you feel you need more
