It turns out I must have gained a bit of girth myself. I don’t know what it was when I started extending but I’d measured after extending for a couple of months and found I was 5” MEG. Now it seems I’m up to 5.125” so that’s a bonus.

Can I ask what you do to make the QEP more comfortable so you can wear it longer?

Sorry, I see what you did. Did you buy the o-ring or does it come with the extender?

Is the only thing you bought the silicon?

I bought the silicone sleeve from eBay and the o-ring from my local hardware store.

Even though I haven’t posted for a while, I am still extending 3-4 days a week for a couple hours each day and still tracking my hours in my spreadsheet. To-date I have accumulated just shy of 850 hours of extending. In an effort to push past the plateau I seem to have hit about 5 months ago I have been pushing a little harder during my extending sessions. I am using the stronger springs I got off of eBay and I also added in another .5cm rod. I don’t plan on taking another measurement of my BPEL until the end of May, but I think I’m finally making some gains again…we’ll see.

I am finally making some gains again! I have changed my routine up a bit and I think that has been the key. I am using my extender to focus the stretching on the ligaments by having the extender pointed down towards my feet when I am extending. I expect I will be adding another rod in just a couple of weeks. It’s difficult for me to get a good BPEL measurement due to my ED, but a week or two ago I woke up with really good morning wood, so I took a quick measurement and I was almost at 7.75”!

I have a new routine that I have been using for the last 3 months that has been working really well for me. I am now doing a single 90 minute session in the morning before getting out of bed and then use LGHanger girth bands the rest of the day to help prevent turtling.

For those that are reading my thread for the first time, I’ll give a little background. I started PE in January 2020. My BPEL was 6” and girth was 5.1” and as of September 2022, my BPEL is 7.75” and my girth is 5.7”. The only PE I have done is extending with my Quick Extender Pro. I have made several modifications to my QEP and went through a lot of trial and error to find out what works best for me with the QEP. A large part of my struggle with the QEP is because I am a grower. Even though I have increasted my BPEL nearly 2”, there has been very little change to my flaccid length (very frustrating!). Because my penis stretches so much when extending I found it necessary to use the threaded rods at the base of the QEP to increase the length of the rods during my extending sessions. I made steady gains, reaching a BPEL of 7.5” when I hit a plateau around November 2021. This new routine has helped my get past the plateau and start making some gains once again.

My new routine is as follows:

Get strapped into the QEP, lay back in bed and start timer.
5 minute ‘warm up’ stretch with penis pointed up (towards head)
5 minute stretch with penis pointed towards feet to start stretching the suspensory ligaments
10 minute stretch towards head AFTER increasing the rod length 8mm by turning rods
5 minute towards feet
10 minutes towards head, increasing the rod length another 8mm
5 minutes towards feet

At this point (after 40 minutes) I am now done what I consider my ‘warm up’ phase and my penis has stretched out to it’s max flaccid stretch length. Now it’s time for the real ‘work’ to start.

10 minutes towards head, increasing the rod length another 3mm
5 minutes towards feet
10 minutes head, increasing the rod length another 3mm
5 minutes towards feet
10 minutes towards head, increasing the rod length another 3mm
5 minutes towards feet
5 minutes towards head to finish off my extending session.

After unstrapping from the QEP I’ll jelq for a minute or two just to get the blood moving and then I’ll put on two girth bands. One important thing to note is that I replaced the ‘factory’ 4000g springs with MUCH stronger springs (about 10,000g) I bought off of eBay.

Thanks for sharing your story and congrats on the gains! I’m using a quick extender pro myself and I’ve noticed a very strong discomfort/almost burning sensation on my scrotum usually after about 1-1.5 hours. I feel like I can’t add any more tension to my penis (even though I feel it could easily handle it) because the pain it causes to my scrotum from the base pushing against it. Did you ever experience this?

I have some questions if you don’t mind: how much traction are/were you using with your extender?
I have bought the JES extender, and I can’t even get it to 1200g traction (the max is around 3000g). My penis is so stretchy, that after I put the extender on and turn the screws all the way, the traction barely increases. I tried to put on more bars, but then I can’t even put the extender on.
I measured about 900g traction so far, I hope that’s going to be enough for me to get started.

You mentioned you modified your extender, so that you can first strap it to your penis and then attach the rods. Can you please give some more info on how you did that?
Also what oil did you use to lubricated the springs?

You can see in the attached pics of the glans support that I cut away about half of the ‘tubes’ that the rods fit into. With this modification, I only need to stretch my penis about 3/4” longer than the rods in order to fit the glans support back on to the tension rods.

QE Pro

I just started the QE Pro program too. I bought the cheap one on the website and the replacement springs for the expensive one.

The “comfort pads” gotta go. All they do is cause the device to pinch me. What I figured out is this:

I took an ace bandage and cut it about 5” long. I wrap that around my penis and tape it. I then use the device as the instructions say, but without the comfort pads at all.

So far I can comfortably stand 6-8 hours a day. No gains yet, but it’s only week 2.

I thought I would share a pic of how I have made the QE pro comfortable enough to wear 8 hours a day.
