I have a new routine that I have been using for the last 3 months that has been working really well for me. I am now doing a single 90 minute session in the morning before getting out of bed and then use LGHanger girth bands the rest of the day to help prevent turtling.
For those that are reading my thread for the first time, I’ll give a little background. I started PE in January 2020. My BPEL was 6” and girth was 5.1” and as of September 2022, my BPEL is 7.75” and my girth is 5.7”. The only PE I have done is extending with my Quick Extender Pro. I have made several modifications to my QEP and went through a lot of trial and error to find out what works best for me with the QEP. A large part of my struggle with the QEP is because I am a grower. Even though I have increasted my BPEL nearly 2”, there has been very little change to my flaccid length (very frustrating!). Because my penis stretches so much when extending I found it necessary to use the threaded rods at the base of the QEP to increase the length of the rods during my extending sessions. I made steady gains, reaching a BPEL of 7.5” when I hit a plateau around November 2021. This new routine has helped my get past the plateau and start making some gains once again.
My new routine is as follows:
Get strapped into the QEP, lay back in bed and start timer.
5 minute ‘warm up’ stretch with penis pointed up (towards head)
5 minute stretch with penis pointed towards feet to start stretching the suspensory ligaments
10 minute stretch towards head AFTER increasing the rod length 8mm by turning rods
5 minute towards feet
10 minutes towards head, increasing the rod length another 8mm
5 minutes towards feet
At this point (after 40 minutes) I am now done what I consider my ‘warm up’ phase and my penis has stretched out to it’s max flaccid stretch length. Now it’s time for the real ‘work’ to start.
10 minutes towards head, increasing the rod length another 3mm
5 minutes towards feet
10 minutes head, increasing the rod length another 3mm
5 minutes towards feet
10 minutes towards head, increasing the rod length another 3mm
5 minutes towards feet
5 minutes towards head to finish off my extending session.
After unstrapping from the QEP I’ll jelq for a minute or two just to get the blood moving and then I’ll put on two girth bands. One important thing to note is that I replaced the ‘factory’ 4000g springs with MUCH stronger springs (about 10,000g) I bought off of eBay.
