I began my PE journey back it the end of January (2021). It took me several weeks to figure out the most comfortable way that would allow me to wear my QEP for at least 5 hours per day. The ‘comfort pads’ that came with my QEP were far from comfortable. Usually within 30 minutes of being strapped in, my corona would become so irritated that it felt like the ‘comfort pads’ were made from sandpaper. Also, in order to keep from constantly slipping out, I had to tighten the straps so much that my glans would be cold and numb in 30 minutes or so. So after a bit of experimenting and trial and error I came up with a way that I can comfortably wear my QEP for 1-1/2 to 2 hours at a time without the need to take a break because the circulation was cut off to my glans or my corona hurt too much.

So at this point I am 4 months into it, I have logged 295 hours wearing my QEP and I am very happy to report that I have gone from a BPEL of 6.25” to a BPEL of 7”! My girth has also increased a little from 5.1” to 5.3”. My eventual goal is a BPEL of 8” to 8.5”

Thanks, I plan to. The gains so far have been far above what I had anticipated, so I am motivated to keep going for sure!

Did you notice whether you gained in at an even pace, or were there growth spurts?


Mar21 - BPFSL: 6.5", BPEL: 6.5", NBPEL: 6", MEG: 5.5"

Jan22 - BPFSL: 8" (cold), BPEL: 7.5", NBPEL: 6.875", MEG: 5.5"

One Day - BPFSL: 9.5", BPEL: 9", NBPEL: 8.5", MEG: 6"

I’ve been using the QEP about as long as the OP. I started PE in December last year and I thought I’d ‘gained’ about 1 inch on my erect penis after 2 months but I’m doubting myself. My bone pressed stretched flaccid is just over 6 inch but I remember bone pressing my erect penis (thought it was cheating at the time) some 25 years ago and it was 6.5 inch, so maybe I’ve just regained what I once had. I know if I ever measure my penis past 6.5 inch, I will definitely give PE the thumbs up. I maxed out on my stretched in December 2020 at 5.75 inch and that was jamming the ruler in the cavity under the pubic bone. Now I measure directly on the pubic bone and I can get to maybe 6 1/8 inch on my stretched flaccid.

So I am now 5 months into my PE journey and I couldn’t be happier. My BPEL has gone from 6.25” to 7” and my EG has gone from 5.1” to 5.5”. Although I told my wife about my extending a few months ago, my gains have finally been enough that she could tell a difference and commented on how I am thicker and penetrating deeper, talk about an ego boost! I took a little risk and asked her how much bigger she would like me to get and her response was “You’re big enough right now, it hurts a little when we first get started, so you don’t need to get any bigger.” I was actually a little surprised by her answer, we’ve played with a bunch of different toys over the years and a number of years ago I had an 8” dildo all the way in her, so naturally my BPEL goal was 8”. I have to say I have become hooked on extending and I don’t really want to quit, so I think I’m going to continue at my current pace until I hit 7.5” BPEL and then I will cut my hours way back to under 10 hours a week. I figure that’s a good number of hours to cement and maintain my gains. If it gets to the point (hopefully) where she’s no longer initially uncomfortable when we start having sex then I will ramp the hours back up and see about getting to 8”.

Getting the QEP has been a game changer for me too! Inspired to stick with it this time around.

Somewhat of a newbie here, I also have the QEP and just did my first 5 hours.

Questions:
Do you recommend jelqing/newbie routine alongside the QEP?
Extender users—do you have a target hours per day or per week that you find is the sweet spot?

I personally do not do anything other than extending. I typically try and get 4-5 hours a day, that’s what I have found works best for me. There really is no ‘sweet spot’ because we all react to PE differently, so you just need to experiment to find what works best for you. Make sure you take your time and follow the recommended adaptation period. I would recommend that you also follow the program as closely as you can for at least the first 8 weeks.

One thing I highly recommend is to concentrate on making sure your penis is completely flaccid while extending.

I’ve done some newbie routine previously for about 30 days on and off.

What is the recommended adaption period? I’ve haven’t watched any videos and all my instructions came on dvd I believe.

I’ve been stretching, flaccid, to about my BPEL. Is that too much too fast?

In wearing it now for the third time (the first time I wore is was about .25-.5” under my BPEL and I only wore it for about 30 mins, second at my BPEL for 4 hours.. Today I’m at my BPEL stretch flaccid and it feels somewhat comfortable definitely more than the last time). I might even try sleeping with it.

I definitely would NOT try sleeping with it, you could actually do yourself some serious harm.

The adaptation period is supposed to take 5 days a week for 3 weeks.
Week 1 - 3 hrs/day - 15hrs total
Week 2 - 6 hrs/day - 30hrs total
Week 3 - 8 hrs/day - 40hrs total
