Success with the Quick Extender Pro

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Question - is it better to stretch from the front (glans) or back? I took all the extensions off and just pulled from the middle/back and seemed to get more tension on the springs. But I’m obviously stretching “less” of my total penis. Any suggestions on which is better? Pulling from the back does seem to work that ligament more and is somewhat more comfortable.

This is a terrific extender thread. Congrats to you all! I’ve been extending for about six months now minus a two month break for a vasectomy and work. So four months of stretching. I’ve gone from BPEL 6x4.6 to 7x5 and 5.5BEG. My favorite and most successful form of PE thus far. I’m dreading the inevitable plateau though. First goal was 7X5. Next goal 8X5.5. Hope I make there before plateau.

You should definitely be strapped in right behind the glans.

Extending time for November and December:
Nov, 2022 - 27.75hrs
Dect, 2022 - 21hrs

2022 cummulative time at time of posting- 357.5hrs

This morning was my first extending session after a 12 day break, it felt really good to get back to extending! I waited an additional month, but today I have also added another 0.5cm rod. So my current plan has me extending a single 90 minute session a day, 5 days a week. I’m going to bump it up to 6 days a week and see how it goes. It’s almost hard to believe that it’s been 2 years since I started my PE journey and that I have experienced such amazing results! I am so happy that I found out about PE back in 2020! I had originally planned on stopping when I reached 8” BPEL, but my wife has now adjusted to my increased girth, so I’m setting a new goal of 9” BPEL!

Jan, 2023 - 27.5hrs of extending.

So it’s officially been 2 years since I started my PE journey and words can’t adequately expressed how happy I am with the progress I have made. I am literally just millimeters away from my inital goal of an 8” (20.3cm) BPEL. As I’m sure many on here know, PE is addictive and I have revised my PE goal to 9” (22.8cm) BPEL.

To kick my PE up a notch, I have decided to use an ADS in conjunction with my extender. It is my hope to get in 4-6 hours of ADS time along with my usual 90 minutes of extending each morning.

QEP Adjustments-Hacks

I’d like to share some of my QEP adjustments.

1. I trimmed the “sharp edges off the silicone, this improves comfort.
2. I leave only about 1/4 inch excess silicone in each of the four holes.
3. I make sure the device, the straps, and my hands are squeaky clean. Moisture or oil from your hands will get on the straps and eventually cause slippage.
4. I bought a roll of cotton drawstring to use as a leg strap and cut off 33in. This “strap” prevents the extender from “swinging” around getting caught on the crotch material of my pants. Getting caught on my pants crotch too many times would cause the top silicone to slip off my penis.
5. The top silicone strap is 1 inch shorter than the bottom Silicone strap.

• I wear the device 7-8 hrs a day while at work . I split the time because after 3.5 - 4 hrs it gets too sore.
• I drive a stand up forklift in a warehouse and wear old cotton pants (like Docker’s) and unless a silicone strap pops off it cannot be seen. I think jeans (unless they’re loose) would be too tight.
• I do not use the foam pads, that would easily be seen through my pants.

I was getting exactly the same issue. 2 tips that have worked for me.

1 - Don’t use the extender more than 1 hour at a time. So do 60 minutes, come out of it. Get some blood back into the penis, do some firegoat rolls etc. Give it 5 minutes then do another 60 mins. Doing this as opposed to doing 2 hours straight prevents injury and pain afterwards.

2 - More specifically to your point of scrotum issues. Use the foam pads that come with the extender and have them inserted to either side of the rods. This stops the metal touching your scrotum. I’m not sure why, but whenever I was sat down using the extender, after 30-40 minutes, the constant touching of those metal rods on my scrotum and the pushing of them would could pain and irritation. If you add those foam pads, it stops this…

Time Under Tension TUT Revision

I believe that splitting my time with the Pro Extender into two sessions was making my dick more prone to injury because I was unable to properly warm up and stretch before the second session. So now I extend one session a day for 4 - 4.5 hrs. I also take a rest day every 3 or 4 days (2 days a week).

AND. I have begun to wear a anti-turtling sleeve that I purchased from Matters of Size. I am beginning to understand the “marathon” vs. “sprint” concept.

Cunny I wanted to ask you something regarding your gains, especially some of your initial gains where you made great progress.

I am currently hitting 4 hours a day on the extender and was questioning myself if it makes any difference how you go about getting those 4 hours in one day (24hours) and whether that will have an impact on your gains?

For example, would 4 hours in one go, lets say 1 hour sessions back to back, produce better gains than say doing 1 hour every 4 hours ?

I thought about this in my head and compared it to weight training, although I know the penis is not essentially a muscle as such. Say you are working out your chest doing a flat bench press. You would normally do 3 or 4 sets. Lets say in this example each set is 10 reps. The first set would be a ‘warm-up’ set, then you would hit 3 ‘working sets’, with the final set pretty much maxing out, and ideally requiring a spotter. This would be the equivalent of doing 4 hours straight in the extender, with back to back 1 hour sets.

Alternatively, you could do 1 working bench press set, with the same 10 reps, but do it every 4 hours. I think you see would results but I don’t think you would get the same results compared with doing them in one go…..This would be like my example I mentioned above of using the extender for 1 hour, having a rest for a few hours, then using it again…I wonder if it would ‘hit’ the same way and produce similar results?

The reason I am asking is I find it best to do an initial 2 hours in the morning, quite early on. Then I hit another 2 hours in the afternoon. I have tried doing 3 or 4 hours ‘back to back’, but I find my penis gets really sore and fatigued and seems to really struggle on the 3rd and 4th hour. This is with getting out of the extender every hour, having a 5 minute rest, and performing some manual stretches and firegoat rolls just to get some blood and circulation back into the penis.

When I split the session into 2, with a morning and afternoon session, I seem to be able to complete the full workout of 4 hours without any issue.

I am eager to see your thoughts on this Cunny and if anyone else has any thoughts on this as well on extender use and how if it could affect potential gains, in a positive or negative way, long term……
