I have a QEP and tried a lot of mods - creating Velcro strap and using it with one noose as supplied was the best I could do.
Then I bought a VacExtender mod kit and it changed the game - it’s about a million times more comfortable and after a couple weeks you get used to the added steps of taking off and putting on.
Sometimes I wear it for three hours straight and get zero issues with blood flow.
Before going long sets with it make sure you do a few weeks so you understand how to tape up the right way otherwise you can get some swelling. For me, it went away almost immediately so it’s not a big deal in my short experience.
