I happen to run across an article about hanging weight from testicles and the benefits. Also massaging and stretching.

I tried it. Wrapped a soft cloth around the boys and hung 3lbs. Feeels in credible.

Supposed to aid in erectiin strength and test. Boost.

Feels.great so far. I hung 3lbs for 10 min. 2 sets.

Yes. I really enjoy it. Mostly a reach around while I’m sleeping. A firm grip and rearward and up. Holding as long as I can, stretching as far as is bordering discomfort.

Same initial feeling here. Then it subsides.

Just an update. Stayed semi erect if not hard all night. Also feeling like my flaccid is larger. This may have some real merit. Plan to hang again today as well.

So i hung 3lbs again for about 15 min. I stopped when the slight burning feeling was too intense.

Not a bad feeling but a feeling you know its too much.

I like how my nuts feel afterwards. Tingly and somewhat arousing.

Again. Feel like my flaccid is larger.

The article I posted says it restores bloodflow etc. Ill keep reporting. I also think high weight isnt important but a good stretch and pull to initiate some sort of response.

I have done the hand massages and that was nice.

Overall, my sak isnt as touchy. Feels more manly as if the slight tugs and such arent like the kick in balls ache. Like my sak is now like my dick after PE. Its a man dick. More rugged. Fwiw

DL does say that stretching your balls is key to a good flaccid hang.
I’ve been stretching by hand only, it does feel good. I even have my wife pull my sack as hard as she can when she’s giving me a BJ, it does feel incredible!
I’m going to try rig an apparatus to hang my balls to try it out. 😅

Try the "two sticks" method. Chopsticks or pieces of broom handle, with spacers to hold them 9 to 10mm apart. You can space them with nails or small screws and use whatever is convenient to hold them together.

What you wind up with is a long, skinny ball clamp, with enough gap that it won’t cut off circulation. You can loop some cord around the ends to hang weights.

With high-riding "acorn" balls, the cock lays over the top and you lose flaccid length.

Plus, a lower sack looks more masculine, IMHO. But not down to your knees.

Can you describe a bit more on how you wrap and how you attach weights?

3 inch wide piece of t shirt about 18 in long.

Tie around sak and then use the ends to tie around a 3 lb weight.

Im a few days into this and i feel i could up weight. They already hang better imo.
