Day 6: Off Day

Had a nice EQ with my morning wood. I also had achy balls last night, they were reddish and a bit swollen, not sure if it was related to PE, but whatever the case, they are feeling fine this morning.

Wondering if jerking off on my off days are ok, I know it’s important not to on my on days.

Day 7: On Day

1 week down! I’m happy with myself. Had a bit of trouble getting hard for the jelqing, but was able to maintain 50-70% easier than when I started. My first day I had to take a break every minute or so to get myself up again, but the breaks have been cut down to once every 2.5 minutes. Hopefully I’ll be able to go the whole time without taking a break soon. I’ve been incorporating kegels into my jelqs, but my muscle is a bit weak, so I think on my off days I’ll be doing kegels.

I’ve been trying to cut down on porn as well, was looking at it every day, multiple times a day and I’m sure that plus over a decade of dry masturbation has adversely affected my sex life. Black spot is fading on the head, so I’m going to hold off on jelqing today. I’m going to simply do some lig stretches and kegels until that bruise heals properly.

Day 10: Off day

I decided that I’m gonna start tucking when I start my new job, thankfully the eviction scare was simply a clerical error. I’ve started to practice positive affirmations as well. I believe not only will it help me reach my goals, it will help deal with my dysphoria episodes as well.

Day 11: On day

Resuming normal routine, nothing to really say here. I got myself some sports tape to start tucking on my on days, gonna start small first, probably for about 30 minutes, but I do want to slowly increase that to 4-6 hours at a time. Key word being slowly.

Day 13: On day

Sorry for not posting yesterday. My EQ has been great lately :) I’m getting morning wood more regularly and it feels bigger too, maybe it’s just a mental thing.

Anyway, I started adding tucking to my routine, after i jelq and after my hot wrap. I’ve been using sports tape to hold it in place, works great! I can really feel the stretch on the ligs.

Day 14: Off day

The pop isn’t something you should expect to have with jelqing. That would indicate that you are yanking on it too hard—it’s more of a manual stretching condition (and harmless). Go easier on the jelqs.
