Tgirl's Progress Thread

Tgirl's Progress Thread

Hey everyone! I’m a MTF trans woman, who doesn’t plan on getting bottom surgery. Even if I did, I’d still want to be doing this to retain/gain as much as possible to give doctors plenty to work with. Anyway, I do adult work, and have been thinking a while about increasing my size to better present on camera. I started last week (this is day 7), and have been going with the Newbie Routine posted on the site.

Measurements:

Starting: (These are guesstimates, as I didn’t properly measure)
BPEL: ~5.5”-6”
Girth: ~ 5”
Base 5.25”

I’m ideally looking to get up to 7” BPEL and 5.5-5” girth as my goal, and I’m aware this could take a very long time. I’m going to do the Newbie Routine for about 6 months, and then see where I can go from there. I plan to spend the first month or two focusing on honing my technique and making sure that I don’t injure myself, feeling out my limits. So far I haven’t run into any negative PI, but it’s only a week in.

Today’s exercises:

Increased manual stretches from 30 to 35 seconds each
Increased jelqing time from 10 to 13 minutes

Feeling much more confident with the form of my stretches, though I have still trouble with the downward stretch.
Noticed that my flaccid length has increased slightly, I am very much a grower so any increase is noticeable.
Erection quality has improved slightly, though that was not much of a problem to begin with.

Yeah you’ll find your flaccid gets bigger quicker than your erections do so you’ll become a shower with time probably.

Good luck!

My progress log and pics

Jan 2016: 8.0" BPEL 5.3" MEG

Feb 2020: 8.5" BPEL 5.4" MEG

Hey T-Girl. :)

While you’re working on the newbie routine I’d recommend checking out IPR theory/protocol.

You can trace the development of it here: Finding xeno: a penis tale

It’s a long read, but worthwhile. If you can understand the process it can help you greatly, in making better efficient use of time. Lots of guys here are doing PE full-time and IPR protocol can help you avoid that kind of time commitment.

The IPR protocol was developed by an engineering consultant and mathematician, through trial and error and research over about a 15 year period. It’s as close as we have to a cutting edge science of Penis Enlargement.

Good luck :)

That is quite a long read indeed! Should I go through the entire thread or is there a particular page I can skip to to start?

That’s a good question. Also, Xenolith can be hard to read because I believe English wasn’t his first language and he seemed to be writing everything in a rush and without revision. He was a busy guy.

Maybe the best course of action would be to get the easier gains that should be available to you via the newbie routine, and then, if you think it’s something you want to continue, start the reading and research into the IPR method.

Really I just wanted to make you aware of it, and I guess to say hi. :)

Probably the best place to start in xeno’s thread is the post in the Xeno thread that this link links to: xenolith - Finding xeno: a penis tale

From there you can track the evolution of the method.

Although BeardedDragon’s posts on IPR might be better overall.

If you’re looking at getting into this long-term, then it’s worth getting a good understanding of the theory and the thinking behind it, as it’ll inform your practice and you can apply it to your own physiology.

BeardedDragon also has an excellent understanding of the process and has written some really good posts describing it, and in clearer English than Xeno. I’ll track down those posts and can PM them to you if you like?

But it is definitely worth getting a first hand understanding of it for yourself, if you’re intending to do this stuff long-term, as I’d imagine it would be better for you to find the most efficient method available so you don’t invest more time into it than you otherwise might have to.

If you want me to pm you BeardedDragon’s posts on IPR, which would probably give you a better overview of the theory let me know and I’ll search them out for you.

IPR is very advanced stuff and doesn’t need to be messed with until you have at least a couple years experience with PE. Just keep on your newbie routine.

There’s nothing wrong with reading Xeno’s stuff, but take your time, read a little bit of that thread every time you feel like it. The IPR stuff is for folks who have been doing PE for so long they have hit a wall and are having trouble gaining more size with a more standard approach. It is definitely not for newbies. Best of luck with your endeavor.

@ raybbaby

Am I misunderstanding? I thought IPR protocol worked for standard PE practices also?

Edit: I thought everyone’s gains slowed after the newbie routine?

How long do you think would be a reasonable amount of time between gains to say “Ok, I need to change things up?”

Hi, Tgirl. Welcome to the forum! I just wanted to let you know you’re not the only trans girl here: Trans girl penis size problems.

You should check out Velvet’s thread, and maybe say hi. I gave her some general tips about getting started and some specific advice about mindset that might be useful to you as well.

Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

I’m actually fine with the size I have currently, I’m doing it more out of curiosity, to be honest. I want to see how far this could take me, and it will only provide benefits to my work.

hello there

I usually recommend this thread as a general guiding principle: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! . Also kegel. Never forget to kegel.

Other than that: buckle up for a long ride! I wonder if u could do any of this on camera for double gains… Both monetary and penis-wise. Heh, interesting thought.

May the gains be with you, and with us all.

February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Yeah, IPR is a very specific and intense way of doing PE. Not for everybody, and definitely not for folks who are new. IPR has nothing to do with “standard” PE practices. It is a way forward for those who have conditioned their tissue over a long time period and now have difficulty getting any new size. I’m not sure how you could miss that.

Completely agree.

To the OP, I’d stick with your original plan and do the Newbie for six months. When gains slow or stall, then look into other methods. But you need to be very well conditioned before even considering an IPR protocol. And the Newbie will condition you pretty well for your next step in your PE adventure.

Good luck to the OP.

I just thought it was a general principle or set of general principles that had been proven to work. I would have thought it would have worked with any kind of exercises that caused soft tissue disruption / inflammation.

I never did the newbie routine the first time around; I went straight to an extender and then to hanging weights. I’m only just doing the newbie routine for the first time since coming back. I’m not sure where one progresses following the newbie routine; I thought it was just from there to clamping and/or hanging weights. As soon as you start clamping I think you can more or less apply the IPR protocol.

But yeah, I agree it’s not for newbies; maybe I shouldn’t have recommended it.

This is just my perspective, but I’d say keep measuring, frequently and track your rate of growth, once your rate of growth starts to slow, that’s when it’s time to shake things up.
