This Asian 5 inch-er Dude Newbie Journey

So I have been reading and started jelqing for 2 weeks now using the JP90’s method. Overwhelmed by the large amount of information on here and also reddit. I want to make a thread to keep myself motivated and ask for help from other members here. I hope I can receive a lot of good advice from you guys :)

Start date: 11/02/2019
Before length: 14cm (5.5 inches)
Before girth: 10.8cm (4.25 inches)

Today I have measured it again and I did gain a little bit:
24/02/2019
Length: 14.3cm (5.63 inches)
Girth: 11cm (4.33 inches)

Not sure if these are real gains or just temporary or measurement observational error, but at least it gives me some courage to keep trying.

I’m new at this too, I’ve had some newbie gains and will start my progress report soon. Keep it up


10/15/18 Bpel- 6 3/8 Meg - 5 1/4

5/1/19 Bpel - 7” Meg - 5 5/8”

11/1/19 Bpel - 7 3/8” Meg 5 5/8

As a former Asian 5 incher myself, its great to see more of us around here.

There’s a lot to take in when you’re new to PE but I would definitely suggest starting with the newbie routine and understanding EQ and PIs before going anywhere else.

Are your measurements NBPEL or BPEL? You definitely want the bone pressed measurement as it takes the fat pad out of the equation. Otherwise you might scare yourself thinking that you’ve gotten smaller when in reality you were just getting fat, which was what happened to me once a long time ago when I started over 18 years ago.

Thank you for visiting my place :) I was overwhelmed with the amount of information here. I’m not so familiar with many terms.

I think I’m quite fit myself (161lbs 5’8”) so not much belly fat down there to affect the measurement. I measure it from the base to the head, so not sure if it’s correct BPEL or not. I have always been thinking that I’m a bit better than average in terms of length cf fellow Asians, but the girth is a bit disappointing :(

Also I have been browsing and it looks like the exercises that focus on girth are not for newbie. So I would just have to wait for a couple of months before trying something new.

Measure BPEL by pressing a hard ruler to the pubic bone when measuring. If you’re very thin you likely will not have much, may be .25” or .5” more length than if you only measure what is visible.

Bpel tracks consistently over time much better. Just a tip.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I see, thank you bro for clarifying. Just try again with the bone press thingy and it’s actually 15cm (5.9”) - not that much difference from the NBPEL though. So I guess if I try hard enough I can level up to 6 “inches” in near future 😄

Getting to 6” BPEL from 5.9” BPEL is entirely doable. For all you know you could get that last 0.1” from improving your EQ.

Btw, if you didn’t know, at 6” BPEL you’re already leaning on the slightly higher side of the world average, which I think was 5.5” or something like that. I could be wrong but there’s a link to an online calculator here somewhere that will roughly show where you stand statistically.

6” would be better than 68.77%
5.5” would be better than 42.62%

I read somewhere from a research in the UK measuring over 15,000 dicks the average is 5.16” or 13.1cm (length) and 4.59” or 11.6cm (girth)

So I’m still short in the girth department :(

5 weeks in!! Haven’t seen any more improvement so far but I guess I have to be patient :)

Yeah all the info here shows us it a long haul process!

I too noticed an early little bump from improved EQ which has paid dividends in the pleasure department already.

Keep going and by reading all the threads here I take encouragement from it.
