Morning session:

Feeling pretty good today. Turtling has happened, but I do believe it is better. I enjoy edging before hand, but I upped from 5 mins to 10. Other than that, everything seemed effective. I feel pretty worked today, ready for tomorrow as a rest day.

Tracking for my rest day.

Flaccid is hanging better today. Not much turtling, which is surprising because it’s pretty cold today.

Randomly finding myself looking into tubes and pumping today. There’s just too much info on this site haha.

I feel as if it’s pretty effective so far. Also, I think I’ll be donating to this forum once I reach a milestone, be it 6” EL. Not sure what a good measurement for girth would be to match it. Maybe 5? I plan on donating $50 once that milestone is hit and $100 for every inch after that.

Tracking for an off day. I think I need to get a calendar for this haha.

So I started taking L-Arginine today. Going to do 6g spread throughout the day and see where it takes me.

Flaccid today seems to hang a little better and I woke up a couple times last night due to erections. Though they weren’t a 10 for EQ, I do think they were better than my usual EQ as of late.

Feeling good from this so far. I don’t think I’ll bump anything up any time soon. Flaccid is hanging heavier and more plump.

I read a thread yesterday, forgot who posted it now, that had great results from a minimalist approach. So I figured I’d try the same.

Ironically, ingesting the supplement citrulline results in higher blood levels of arginine than taking arginine itself. Citrulline is converted by kidneys to arginine. It has a mild viagra-like effect
