To Track Some Size Gains

This is mainly to track my own progress and log my daily routine. I have already started the newbie routine last week. I figured it would be easier to track my on/off days if I kept a daily log, due to my long work schedule. You know, sometimes days can run together haha.

Now then, already being one week into the program, I have noticed more blood flow in my unit. No differences really size wise in erect length, but I have noticed more thickness while flaccid. Chalking up any gains right now to proper blood flow, not actual size increase.

Current routine:
Newbie Routine
- 5 min Hot Wrap
- 5 min stretching (down, up, left, right, out)
- 10 min jelqing
- 5 min hot wrap
- 50 kegels

Since I’m on week two, should I look at increasing my stretching to seven and a half minutes? Considering each stretch takes thirty seconds and there are five stretches, I would basically be adding one round. The first couple of days I jelq’d for less than ten mins, but my last two sessions were for the full ten mins.

Welcome! I’m a few weeks ahead of you (I’m in week 6). What I initially did was add a few seconds to each stretch every week to add 1 minute total. So in week 2 I did 36 second stretches, week 3 42 seconds etc. Now I’m stretching in phases which means for one direction I first stretch for 15 seconds, let go for 5, stretch for 20, let go for 5, and then stretch again for 30 seconds. I’m planning to increase that and add a much longer stretch, maybe you can see what you like, play around a little.

Be a little more careful with the jelqs, make sure you apply your grip properly, manage your EQ and grip strength. To that end it might be better to track number of jelqs rather than the time it takes and just focus on having your technique down. Currently there also seems to be a trend of “length before girth” so you might be jelqing too erect if you’ve seen the jelq instructional video.

Thank you, that’s some great advice. I’ll try increasing it in increments like that! As for jelqing, I’m making sure I do it with about 60 - 70 percent. My real question on it is how much pressure I should be using while jelqing? I don’t want to grip too tight and use too much pressure to end up with an injury, but at the same time I don’t want to sell myself short, either.

You’ll get a feel for the grip strength as you go along. Tighter at the base and allow some flow back as you get higher up the shaft. Consider your first month or so conditioning, not working for gains (maybe even first 6 months according to some sources). 60-70% is probably too high, try the post called “new jelq city”. Going for low EQ is definitely more comfortable for me and I did have an injury from bad jelqing knocking me out of the game for just under 2 weeks, so it’s probably important. Plus you can apparently hinder future length gains if you go for girth too fast, but girth is still easy to gain after length gains. This is anecdotal evidence only, though.

Recommend that you use heat not only before, but during PE as well. (meaning in a hot tub, use a heating pad, IR heat lamp).

Ah, I see. I’ll give it a shot with a lower percentage today. I did do it about 50 percent yesterday morning and that seemed to be good. I’ll try keeping it around there or less. Is jelqing strictly for girth? I thought I read it could work both length and girth. Maybe it works length at a lower erections percentage?

Yeah low EQ for length higher EQ for girth when it comes to jelqing. You can even jelq with nothing but a flaccid unit and a few kegels. Also listen to sojelq and his new picture, I’m on the constant heat train too it helps a lot with recovery. In fact I’m testing a few IR lamp sessions with firegoat rolls during my off days. Start reading through the forum and the posts others recommend in the progress reports ;)

Sojelq, I didn’t even see your reply haha. I guess I was typing up my response as you posted that. I read that somewhere else, though I can’t remember who posted it. I started doing that in my last session and will continue to do so. Unfortunately I don’t have the luxury of getting a heat lamp yet, but eventually!

End of my second session this week.

I warmed up for a bit longer today, didn’t feel like 5 minutes was good enough. Continued to do some wraps in between stretches/jelqing too. I also added 5 seconds to my stretches.

Today:
- 8 min warm up
- 2 x 35 second stretches with hot wrap in between sets and after finishing (down, up, left, right, out)
- 8 min jelqing for 5 secs minimal EQ
- 25 kegels (doing a low amount until I feel like I’m doing them correctly and working up to 50)

Today it seemed like I had a little extra length flaccid. Probably just temporary due to the exercise, but I feel confident in maybe a little gain. Though I’ve decided not to measure until after a month, at the least, of this routine.

Tomorrow is off day!

My member has been sitting well all day, so I got the random inclination to measure and it seems I’ve managed to increase my erections length by 1/8”! Having previously been skeptic before trying PE out for myself (and having seen members progress), I feel much better about this. Seeing is believing after all, right?

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

Logging yesterday for my off day. Will post today’s workout later when I do it lol.

I have noticed that I’m getting better EQ. I’ve cut back on masturbation, to just about 0 times in the past week and a half, and cut out porn entirely. Now that I think about it, EQ is actually much better. Flaccid has still been hanging well. I need to get a ruler and tailoring tape measure so I can more accurately measure. I’ve just been using a tape measure for length and haven’t measured girth. Should be a short day at work, so I’ll look into getting one afterward.

Alright! Waited all day for this.

Today’s workout:
- Using a hot bath for warmup (in for 5 min before doing anything)
- 2 x 35 second stretch (down, up, left, right, out)
- 8 min jelq minimal EQ
- 50 kegels

Really enjoyed doing these in a hot bath. Very relaxing. I have a hard time relaxing, so this was perfect. I feel like I got more out of everything this time around and I feel like I have better circulation at the moment. Looking forward to tomorrow!

Making an update on progress. My flaccid definitely seems longer and hang more full. It’s very encouraging. I think it helps that I work in this hot as hell warehouse too haha. Starting to see that as a blessing since I can have constant “heat,” even if it is just body temperature, it seems to be helping a lot.

I liked the TheriPaq just fine. Originally heated it up too long, causing it to be too hot so I had to set in in the freezer to cool down for a few minutes haha.

It was pretty cool though. I was able to just velcro it on and let it sit there in my lap with my timer counting down as I played on my phone.

Same results as yesterday’s session. Tomorrow is rest day!
