Yes I know. Just talked about it in my last post.

These IR lamps differ from infrared heaters so that lamps are near and medium IR and heaters far IR. Near has most energy, but also more dangerous. And near IR is most dangerous to eyes. I don’t know how would far infrared work at heating dick. That’s because some sources say far IR penetrates deeper and some say near IR. So would far IR heat whole dick or just skin?

Read about facial anti aging and infrared. Too much causes terrible shit to skin, but right dose near IR has been beneficial and also right dose far IR has been beneficial.

30min extender cold 2 kg
2x15min 360 degrees bundled extender heated electric pad
60min extender heated 3kg
5 sets of cyclic stretches 5 kg
10min cool down in extender 3kg.

After bpfsl 18,8 cm

Cycle 3 session 3

Extender with heating pad really low tension ~1kg for 45min. I had to screw more stretch quite much to keep tension at 1 kg and that’s good sign that dick relaxes into stretch.

360 degree bundled with heating pad 15 min per side in extender ~2kg. These feel quite intense.

15min extender 3kg heated
10min cooldown same setup in extender

BPFSL after 18,8 cm.

Those bundled felt quite intense. I am little worried about if they cut off circulation. So I did about 1 min break after first 15min. Also I would like to be in vacuum for shorter time. No it was almost 2 hours straight. Maybe I skip bundled for while and return to them if basic straight stretching is not producing.

Really liked that start with very low force. Felt like dick was just relaxing into stretch. Next session will be slowly building tension to 3kg and staying there for a while until tension is not dropping below 3 kg and then cooldown.

Cycle 4, session 1

Whole workout in extender (JES).
45 min without heat starting 1 kg and progressing towards 2 kg.
60 min with heat progressing to 3 kg and slightly above and staying there.
10 min cooldown with slighly more tension

After BPFSL 18,7 cm

These workouts are not producing anything. At start it seems good when spring tension lessens giving feeling that penis is not pulling so hard against load, but then when load is +3kg it stiffens and does not give in. Also +3kg in extender does not feel very good as base pushes to pelvis so hard. I’ll try few more sessions with extender + cyclic manual stretches and if no gains, it’s time to think some other ways.

Methods what I am definitely going to try is;
cyclic hanging after heat and after pre stretch relaxation
Just basic hanging +10 hours a week and last 30min per session IR lamp + cooldown
Hanging over fulcrum with IR
Extender/ads 6-10h a day
bundled stretching as pre-stretching
US heated stretching

Maybe loads of 3 kg is the limit for your penis, as you say, it toughens up. Many guys experiences that when the load is too much. Go slow, go easy, use lighter weights/tension and more hours.

I’ll try less force so it does not toughen up. I have already tried route where I hang 6-8kg and do manuals with way over 10kg force.

60 min extender with heat ramping up force to about 2,5 kg
5 min per side 360 bundled stretches with extender with heat 2,5 kg
10 min cyclic manual stretches, 4-4,5 kg

After BPFSL 18,8 cm.

With electric heating pad as heat source I think this approach does not seem to work. I think time under tension has to be bigger. Just sitting in extender dick wrapped in heating pad for longer period of time and then at the end removing heat and keeping tension for 10-15 min more. I’ll try that next.

There’s another method that a guy in another forum outlined that I tried a bit and liked, but as I’ve said before extenders cause issue for me.

1h extender wrapped heating pad (without heat for last 10 minutes)

30m break

1h extender wrapped heating pad (without heat for last 10 minutes)

30m break

1h extender wrapped heating pad (without heat for last 10 minutes)

Total 3 hours extending plus 1 hour breaks.

Low tension - like 600-800g

Maybe add that to your things to try?

Problem is that on many days I don’t have so many hours to do extender with heating pad. Without heat I can do big hours using extender or ads under clothes. Alternative heat source I have thought if going for big hours is hand warmer pads taped on shaft.

But first I’ll experiment these workouts that last 1-2h with proper heat. I firmly believe heat is critically important especially when one has exhausted newbie gains. I could probably gain something from ligaments, hanging btc. But I don’t want to sacrifise erection angle so mainly I’m interrested about real shaft lenghtening.

I had free time so I did another workout as I was little frustrated not seeing any gains at all. Allthough I know well there can be gains of fraction of millimeter that cumulate to measurable gains so I should just stick to program so I can know what works.

60 min extender with heat building up to 3 kg and more, last 5 min without heat. After that manual stretching for under 10min. Fulcrums down, left, right. And basic stretches to all directions.

This time with extender tryed pointing dick upwards. I think I’ll have to do period where I do upward angle extender. And period of straight out extending. Down angles what I have been doing I like hanging is better than extender.

Still do not have safety goggles to use with IR. And I have to do extender mod to get fishing scale to it. And US device coming this week.

I hear you on the time - it’s not a schedule that many people can do realistically.

Totally agree on heat.

You can hang in lots of different ways and pretty much all of them work on ligs and tunica at some percentage - obviously BTC is more focused on ligs, but fulcrum is an easy mod for that.

I experimented over fulcrum hanging back then and I liked it but didn’t have enough motivation left to really give it time. It’s definitely something I will do at some point standing in front of IR lamp.

99 % I hanged btc. Probably I will do few month period of btc hanging at some point. There is so much stuff to try it will take years. 😄

After bpfls 18,7 cm (again)

Again when slowly ramping up tension with heat penis felt that it was elongating and looked long as hell. After those cyclic manuals as cooldown measurement is same as before. Next time I will only do extender under 2,5 kg and that dick continues to give up (tension lessening), and then remove heat and keep same tension for another 10-15min.

Dick also wants to turtle after session. Maybe it tells that it is too much and toughening occurs.
