Trap's experiments with different methods
I will start my own log and hope for some feedback about what I am doing.
I have done PE staring 5 years ago with bib’s hangers about 6 months. Never got technique right and caused some damage, stretch marks, discoloration and about 0,4” meg gain that’s probably fibrosis from hanging with too much blood/hanger too tight that caused inflammation. Gained about 1,5cm (0,6”) from that though I probably could have get same newbie gains with some ADS/extender or manuals much easier without damage. After that I was doing manual stretching + ads routine and got about 1cm (0,4”) from that to total about 2,5cm (1”) length gain. Then I stopped and now 3 years after I am back to PE again trying to gain some more and better my EQ. I have priapism accident 2 year ago that was resolved about after 5-6 hours with aspirating blood and injecting alpha agonists to dick. It was caused by bad mental state driven stupidity, injected Invicorp ampoule to great working healthy dick and it was too much and caused priapism. Damn I regret that day and still fear it caused some permanent damage, because my EQ was generally better before that. It probably really has not caused anything because it was so short duration and EQ issues are from something else. And EQ has been good sometimes after that too.

18 cm / 7,1” bpel
13,5cm / 5,3” meg
I am reading through threads of guys using ultrasound as heat source. There is concepts that I will be trying to use this time with my training. I do not have US device yet, but I will probably buy that at some point. Before that I’ll buy IR lamp. For now heat source is electric heating pad.
Program starts to form and I was thinking something like this.
3 day on, 2 day off with this:
1. Jes Extender with vachanger cup 30 min without heat ramping up to 2 kg
2. Jes Extender with vachanger cup 45 min with electric heating pad ramping up to 3 kg (max spring load)
3. Cyclic manual stretching 15s increasing stretch, 30s hold for max stretch. Stretches done straigth out for now. 10 sets
4. Jes Extender with vachanger cup 15 min to ensure tissues are cooled down in stretched state
With electric heating pad heat is distributed so slowly it must be longer time under heat before going to cyclic stretches.
Should I do cyclic manual stretches in many directions? Straight down I get greatest force by far.
I could do this with hanging also, without extender. Or do extender first and then do cyclic stretches with hanging using hand to take some of weight first and after 15s full weight. With hanging it would be straight down direction or over fulcrum, which I will do at some point. Also after cooling (step 4.) I could do with hanging something like 5-6 kg. I have VacHanger3 and thinking of buying LG Hanger to test if that’s even better device. Also thinking about Penimaster Pro because of it’s type of attachment and guys have used it with good results.
Plan is after I do not see gains I will go to water pumping for a period and then back again to stretching.
Also will be doing kegels agains tension. I will use VacHanger cup and elastic band with fishing scale and do progression in volume and resistance from starting 2 times a week a total of 6 sets of 10. That is 2 sets stretching left over fulcrum (hand), 2 sets right and 2 sets straight up. If opportunity rises maybe some erect kegels agains hand. And later on I will buy TENS/EMS device and attach pads to perineum to still increase gains in BC and IC strength and mass. Building massive BC and IC! There will be some stretching of pelvic region that I incorporate my fitness program.
