Twisty's progress
So I guess it’s time I started my own progress thread if not for anything more than science.
I started sometime about the 2nd week of January. My starting stats are roughly 5.5 EL and same for girth at around mid-shaft. My penis sort of tapers from front to back so it is larger near the pelvis bone.
I am doing PE between 2-5 time a week. I started pretty light but have worked my way up to a nice rountine.
Routine:
Hot Wrap/Hot bathwater
Jelqing, 20 minutes~
Pumping 30 minutes~ (Bathmate)
Stretching 20~
I am taking a few different supplements. They are L-Argenine, L-Lysine, Multi-vitamin or sometimes Zinc instead, Tribex, Cod Liver Oil as well as Yohimbe on Friday’s sometimes. I drink whey protein powder either during the bath or right after the exercise to ensure my body has enough resources to form the max amount of new tissue and also a slight amount of creatine with it as I heard it increases HGH levels for up to 6 hours.
I try not to count my exercises in number but instead in feel as I try to get in as many Quality Jelqs and stretches as possible. I aim for a slight amount of discomfort so that I know I am actually stretching and agitating the tissue so that it can be repaired with new tissue. I don’t always do the same kind of Jelqs all the time. I do some Uli type Jelqs, reverse grip, forward grip, deep shaft grip that is basically inserting my fingers into my skin to reach the covered part of my shaft as well as some “mouse under the rug” type stuff. Basically whatever I feel is working as long as I am keeping my penis engorged.
I’ve decided that I really like doing my routines in a bath and pretty much center around that. I Jelq before the bath and then turn the water on sometimes around the 15 minute mark and then continue to Jelq in the bath or after pumping and repeat until I feel satisfied. Sessions can take up to a couple hours but it is not intense activity during the entire time it’s mainly just to keep an erection going for as long as possible.
My diet has changed quite a lot. I have centered my diet around removing estrogen causing foods such as soy and increasing foods that increase HGH and Testosterone levels. There is a lot of information about this online. I noticed within the first week of this new diet my energy shot through the roof.
What I’ve noticed so far? The first thing I really noticed was that my flaccid length is significantly longer. It stays like that all day and I don’t really have to upkeep it however it helps if I squeeze it from the base throughout the day to increase blood to the shaft and head. After not doing exercises for a few days my penis feels slightly fuller all the time and I really noticed it while getting a blow-job that it looked a lot girthier in the woman’s mouth. After a pump session today my EL was at about 6 inches and my girth was at about 5.75 so a gain was definitely had. Also my cock feels “fuller” when masturbating.
As far as gadgets go I have acquired a lot of things that I intersperse here and there after exercises such as cableclamps, leather strips, socks, Divocups and Divosleeves. I am apprehensive about these until I have done some further testing.
Obviously I have based this routine off of a few members here and extensive reading and plan to continue my research and see how far it will take me. My short term goal is I would like to be at least 7 EL and 6.5 girth by the end of this year if not more.
I have also come up with a stretch that I have just started and I don’t know if it has been invented before but it is essentially stretching in the four directions for 60 seconds each except turned sideways into an X which essentially gives me two “downwards stretches”. In the bathtub there are various ways to perform this stretch such as hand under the leg, reverse grip pushing down, etc.. I use my other hard to push down as well or add a finger on mid-shaft for extra stretching. After a set of four I do 60 seconds of circular stretches 30 seconds one way and 30 seconds the other. I am not clinical about how I do it I just slow count to 60. It usually takes me about 10 minutes as I am more focused on quality. When I perform the stretches I grip at different places to try to achieve a better stretch, at the head with a slight amount of skin for comfort, mid-shaft with some skin and penis tissue and base with skin and tissue pulling outward. Sometimes I will do each for 20 seconds to make a full minute. I have noticed that tensing up the muscle that causes retraction during a stretch and not letting it pull back causes my penis to relax a lot and hang a lot lower.
