Although, I’m confused when I turtle in situations I should be hanging! Like when taking a warm/hot shower, getting sun tans, drinking a coffee with friends in the summer, etc. But I’m not concerned about it to be honest because I know that PE will help me.. I’ve already visited doctors mainly because of my balls turtling (they would try and force themselves to go near the bladder or something.) but my concerns came after the prevention surgery as I thought it was the cause of all this.. It’s all good though!

Hey Undacova! Thanks for stoping by my thread! Let me give you my thoughts and see what you think.

I also play soccer a lot, like 2 or 3 times a week, and also workout 4 days a weeks, so pretty much everyday with some kind of training, and still I do my regular routine with 2 days on 1 off.

I think the most important thing is watch your PI’s, specially morning wood. I found out that for me, whenever I sleep without any clothes on, I wake up with a good morning wood, usually a 9 or 10.

Also I think you should try to add heat during your workouts, use a space heater or infrared light or something else, that will help with the cold penis during the exercises and edging. As they all said too, decrease the amount of exercises and increase slowly as your penis will get conditioned to be pushed to higher limits with safety.

I like listening to my body and to what I’m in the mood for, sometimes I can’t control my erection level, so I skip jelqs and jump to pump. Like TG thinks, sometimes not having a regular regimen is good to the penis as it’ll never know what comes next, so changing your workout sometimes may be beneficial for growth.

And remember to rest on rest days!

I read one thing that I’m following now, every time I visit TP I do 10 slow kegels! Lol

Day 6/90:
-10 minutes hot shower;
-15 minutes light stretching;
-10 minutes dry jelqing;
-25 minutes edging;

Today I woke up with a good morning wood, was really satisfying as I felt recovered from previous days. I’ve been sleeping without boxers, it made a huge difference on the flaccid size during the morning!
It was by far the best day regarding good PIs. Had a really long hang after stretching which helped out the rest of the exercises. Dry jelq went quite good aswell, did it with very light pressure because I think I was doing it too much pressure.
I followed your guys tips and advices, it showed some good results. Things I changed: Not so hot water on the shower warmup, less grip on the stretches, less force on jelqs aswell. Room was warm today, which helped a lot!

Day 7/90: First week complete! So far so good.
-10 minutes hot shower;
-15 minutes light stretching;
-10 minutes dry jelqing;
-25 minutes edging (I ejaculated this time, had to.. It was the 4th session without busting and was feeling very aroused).

Today’s EQ was 8-9. Very nice PIs this last few days! Penis felt very full and responding well to the exercises. I don’t know if it was because of the EQ or my penis seems a little bit bigger in length, width is for sure.. But I won’t measure till day 30.

I regularly tell people that “warm hands and a warm room” are more important than most other things when doing PE. Flat out. Take it from a guy who’s spent between 8 and 9 thousand on gear.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Unfortunately I had to go out unexpectedly and I couldn’t PE..

Day 11/90 and 12/90:
Slept on my girlfriends house and couldn’t again..
But.! The sex was great and at least had a different kind of exercise eheh!

-No edge, it’s pretty late and feeling tired already.
