GAINS!
I pushed my monthly measurement day to the first of the month since I got a late start in January with the holidays. Turns out that I could NOT believe the ruler today. I finally made some solid gains!!
Here are my measurements in full as of today:
EL: 5.75” (Gained .25” since last month!)
BPEL: 6.5” (Gained over .3” since last month!)
EBG: 4.625” (Strangely, it dropped from 4.8)
EMG: 4.75 ” (No change)
FL:4.25” (No change)
BPFL:5.5625” (Gained 1” since last month xD)
FSL: 5.9” (Going to keep track of this from now on)
BPFSL:6.0625”(Same as above)
FBG: 4.25” (Gained .1875” since last month)
FMG. 4.0625” (Gained, but too little to be solid in my opinion)
Looks like I’m keeping my routine for another month! I’ve officially switched to a split routine. I really think it’s what is helping me gain since my dick isn’t so worn out from an hour long session.
Something I forgot to mention in my last routine update is that I like to end my night sessions with a sort of Edging practice when I can. I’ll put on some porn and get nice and hard for as long as I feel like it (sometimes 5 minutes, other times 15), no cumming. It usually leaves my dick looking nice and pumped. If I don’t, it tends to kind of turtle after my stretch sessions.
I measured cold today (pre-workout), but I admit my flaccid was more pumped than usual since I’ve had sex for the last three nights in a row. Still, the gains in my BPFL are too great in my opinion to be from a pump. I also have a theory that my EBG went down because what I’m measuring now was part of my inner dick that has finally come out.
For those reading this, I hope it encourages you. It took me 4 months to make significant gains that are obviously not from better EQ.
