If BPFSL gets longer, it shows future gains in BPEL

I remember reading that somewhere, but it’s so difficult to get a good read on any flaccid length measurements. My flaccid size changes all the time. Does anyone know if taking a stretched measurement would work the same way: a longer stretched flaccid means EL gains to come??

I haven’t done a good job of updating my routine on here so here it is.

For month 4 of PE

I warm up with a towel for 8 mins.
I Jelq (3 sec count) with coconut oil for 18 mins.
I hot towel it again for 5 mins.
Then I stretch for 23 mins like so:
-4 mins SO
-4 mins SU
-4 mins SO
-3 mins SU
-4 mins BTC Stretch
-4 mins BTC Stretch

I stuck in the BTC stretch at the end of last month and liked it because my ligs feel nice and sore after doing it. I started stretching SO and SU for this month on PE only.

Today I have come up on a realization; as the month goes on, I forget to take it easy, and I jelq real hard and stretch real hard. Then I catch myself and go from hard to moderate strength in these manual exercises. This is usually followed by better PI’s, but not necessarily always.

Lastly, I’m thinking of doing a split routine where I jelq in the mornings and stretch at night. My workouts take a bit over an hour, and it’s becoming difficult to fit it all in at once. Besides, my dick feels pretty exhausted when I’m done sometimes so it might be better for it too.

I’ve actually had a 5 day break because I think I teared some ligs, but now it’s all good and started again yesterday, still doing around 37 minutes overall.

Lets hope these 5 days didn’t fuck up with my gains!

Yes, it is quite hard to keep up with the excersises when you’re on holidays, but February should be a much better month

I think even I need to increase the time i put into manual exercises each day .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

GAINS!

I pushed my monthly measurement day to the first of the month since I got a late start in January with the holidays. Turns out that I could NOT believe the ruler today. I finally made some solid gains!!

Here are my measurements in full as of today:
EL: 5.75” (Gained .25” since last month!)
BPEL: 6.5” (Gained over .3” since last month!)
EBG: 4.625” (Strangely, it dropped from 4.8)
EMG: 4.75 ” (No change)

FL:4.25” (No change)
BPFL:5.5625” (Gained 1” since last month xD)
FSL: 5.9” (Going to keep track of this from now on)
BPFSL:6.0625”(Same as above)
FBG: 4.25” (Gained .1875” since last month)
FMG. 4.0625” (Gained, but too little to be solid in my opinion)

Looks like I’m keeping my routine for another month! I’ve officially switched to a split routine. I really think it’s what is helping me gain since my dick isn’t so worn out from an hour long session.

Something I forgot to mention in my last routine update is that I like to end my night sessions with a sort of Edging practice when I can. I’ll put on some porn and get nice and hard for as long as I feel like it (sometimes 5 minutes, other times 15), no cumming. It usually leaves my dick looking nice and pumped. If I don’t, it tends to kind of turtle after my stretch sessions.

I measured cold today (pre-workout), but I admit my flaccid was more pumped than usual since I’ve had sex for the last three nights in a row. Still, the gains in my BPFL are too great in my opinion to be from a pump. I also have a theory that my EBG went down because what I’m measuring now was part of my inner dick that has finally come out.

For those reading this, I hope it encourages you. It took me 4 months to make significant gains that are obviously not from better EQ.

I think I might try that split routine man, it’s taking me like a bloody 40 minutes of being locked in the bathroom making no noise at all… Probably I’ll do stretches early in the morning and jelqing later at night, I will also try to increase my stretchings… You reckon we should try some new kind of stretching? Or perhaps they are all pretty much the same?

Sorry for being gone for so long man, had a lot of serious trouble in last couple of weeks.

Short month, but here is my monthly report.

My EL is now officially at 6 inches from 5.75 last month! It’s definitely a result of leaning out some fat from the pad since my BPEL is the same, but it’s still cool to finally have 6 inches coming out of my midsection.

My measurements are basically exactly the same as last month except for gains in FSL and BPFSL where I have gained almost half an inch in both. If the theory out there about gains in FSL and BPFSL being a sign of future erect gains is true, then it looks like I’m on the brink of some more growth.

Keeping the same routine and keeping motivated.

With the month coming to a close, I have jumped into buying a Homedics TheraP wrap to tie around my unit in hopes of a longer flaccid. It’s one of the reasons I’ve gotten into PE, and I also hope the wrap will aid in erect gains as well. For those who are curious, there is a whole thread on this site about this wrap.

I’m not using it religiously yet, just trying to get used to it for this week, and when I start next month, I’ll wear it as part of my routine for a certain amount of time a day or so.

Things are going well, and my piece is looking good and feeling good. Sex has been amazing thanks to my EQ and the gains I’ve made. I can only imagine what it will be like when I’m pushing 8x6

I would have stayed at 7.5 BPEL X 5.5 EG. That was the ideal length to where I was still having that fun down right dirty fun sex. Remember too big can be just that.

I appreciate the friendly advice. In all truth, I may not reach 8x6. My intention is to stop when I’m happy. Right now, 8x6 is just that placeholder of satisfaction. What my stopping measurements will be is a mystery even to me.

My measurements for this month show a BPEL of 6.6875. Slowly increasing here as last month I didn’t budge from 6.5. All things being more or less equal, the biggest difference in my unit is a BPFSL of 7 inches. Hopefully these 7 inches become a reality for my EL one day soon.

This month I’ll be implementing the theraP band I bought on a set schedule. I’ll aim for 4 hours a day, but I don’t know how realistic that is yet. I’ll post updates on that. I did wear it to work one day and it was almost nerve wrecking to have my two bosses (women) look at my crotch every time we passed each other. One of them even made a joke about my size O_O

ADVICE:
I want to leave my routine alone as I did make some gains, and I know you shouldn’t change a routine until gains no longer come, but I would love some feedback from others on maybe upping my jelq time from 17 minutes to 20 and my stretch from 23 minutes to 25. It’s only an extra 5 minutes in total, and I wonder if it might help me get a spurt of growth.
