Mr. pelafio- I’m eager to share them! Yea time flies when I’m not counting reps. The truth is that I feel doing my jelqs by reps leads me to overtraining. My gains look modest at best, but I couldn’t be happier. Since my girth didn’t go up at all, I can say that I’m probably going to gain length easier than I gain girth. Then again, it really is too early in the game to tell. I believe my gains in the flaccid length and erect length department are solid changes from what I used to be. Just the difference in EQ has changed sex with my SO. Literally every time we go at it I hear, “You’re SO HARD!”

More than anything, this month really taught me about what my dick can and can’t handle. I’ve also come up with a customized version of the newbie routine that I am going to do for Month 2. It’ll be:

I have also noticed that I am much more veiny than I have ever been. I’ll be holding my dick while taking a piss and wonder, “Shit, when did all those veins get there?” which I like. I’ve been keeping up with my adjusted newbie routine without missing any days. In fact, a few days ago I decided to up my jelq and stretch time to 15 minutes each because I wasn’t feeling that pump I usually did. Now, the pump is back, and my flaccid hang looks crazy after a workout. I don’t know how my gains are going to look like in 11 days, but I’m not worried. I have been reading around the forum and have a dew ideas for a new routine that goes beyond newbie exercises. I know it’s suggested to newbie routine it up for the first three months, but there are some things that I feel I can start to use with caution. For example, the last few days I’ve been playing with kegeling before my jelqs, and it’s really given my jelqing an edge. I don’t kegel for every jelq, but I do it often. My jelqs are also pretty slow now at around 5 seconds per stroke.
