Daily routines and logs

Routine- 20 mins MSing, hanging 2x 5lb 1x 2.5lb 15mins each set, ADS for the remainder of the day with light stretches in the end also TM in the hot shower I take for the warm up or squeeze my dick with hot water

Schedule- Mon - Fri MSing, hanging , ADS
Sat-Sun MSing, Light hanging, jelqs, ADS

Stats - When I have time to measure I will

Day 1 - MSing 20 mins / 6 hours ADS ( I stay wrapped for the rest of the day even when I take off the golf weights, so I’m not sure if that counts for ADS so it would be more hours )

Day 2- 4 hours ADS / wrapped for 10 hrs+

Day 3 - ADS 12 hrs / 25 min MSing on break

Day 4 - ADS 6 hrs ( couldn’t get much done but I ADS )

I’ll give measurements tomorrow since I’ll be off I got time to PE, measurements before the exercises of course and after also thank you 💯

Day 5 - Hung 5 x 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.5 15 mins each set , 20 min MSing , currently using the SG for atleast 4hrs then ADS til sleep

Anyone got TotalMen infrared heat pad and so how’s it been benefiting your PE sessions, I just ordered mine

I finished up with 9 hrs ADS

So my measurements:

EL - 6.2

BPEL - 6.7

BPFSL - 7.2 1/2 - 7.3

These measurements are 99% accurate not 100 but I’ll be measuring again whenever it occurs

25 mins MSing then I went to sleep for 15 hours, gonna go hard for recovering 😁

Day 7 - Hanging 1 hr 2.5 lbs no rest, MSing 25 mins, ADS for 8 hrs
